Received a confirmation email that included all the things we had to do to prepare for them and (in bold) that a cancellation fee would be charged for cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment.3 weeks later and just 24 hours before the appointment THEY cancelled our appointment because a truck broke down". Our service was top notch. Our service person Dan was very professional and friendly. He explained each step of the process. Every outlet and air return was cleaned and all the plenums in the basement. The service was done thoroughly and expertly. I will definitely recommend Power Vac and Dan to my friends and family.

Great experience from beginning to end. Was provided a quote before the service was even booked. Booking was super simple - Marisa was lovely! The day of the service was a breeze. Spencer was amazing! Helpful, friendly and completed the work very quickly. He was also very understanding and helpful with our cats (who were terrified). Would highly recommend Power Vac!

Duct cleaning was completed as scheduled. The technician was very cordial and knowledgeable. All heating ducts and cold air returns were addressed and left clean and dust free. We were very happy with the work.

Jacob did a great job cleaning our vents. He was polite, and courteous and explained about finding a blocked vent with insulation. Appreciate the information. Thank you. One comment would be to give the client a call with a time of arrival (if later than expected time)

We had our ducts cleaned this fall, Gabriel showed up on time and was very professional. He walked us through the process ahead of time and was very respectful while moving about our home. He was conscientious of protecting our floors and exposed corners where the hose would rub. We highly recommend Power Vac Ontario and will hire them again in the future.

Kyle the Power Vac technician arrived ahead of time. He explained the process he was going to do to us fully as we had never used a duct cleaning service before. One of our neighbors had recommended Power Vac as they had been using them for several years. There was no mess in or outside of the house.
