Why have a phone # if nobody ever answers it? I changed it from 1 star to 4 star. I had to go in and they fixed my problem right away.

Required tires while not in stock, have to order online. Procedure is easy to follow. Order tires are paid fully on line including installation to be sent to a preferred tire shop location. However, there is a bug keep changing to a defaulted location in Toronto. Because of that, the preferred location have to be corrected and enter again. After the tires arrived at the preferred tire store, have to make an appointment for a service day. It have to be done at another site, not the tire ordering site. It would be good to allow choosing an appointment at the same time of tire ordering, making it easier and straight forward. Wonder if it will happen. Because of the time wasted in getting an appointment after the tire arrived. The whole tire buying until installation took five weeks.
