There was a big storm in the GTA with high winds and a lot of roofs had shingles blown off. The next morning this company was in the neighborhood with a full crew and 2 trucks. They repaired roofs faster than you could go inside to get the cash. Never heard any hammering but saw the caulking gun often. Cash only. No contract, no paperwork, no warranty. Beware.

If you could give zero stars, I'd give them that. These guys finished the job within 7 hours which is quite fast for a 3000sqft home. Not even a year later when there were high winds, our shingles started flying off! No one else's flew off in the entire neighborhood, 95% of which had much older roofs but ours did. We asked them to fix it and they did. The second time a week or so later IT HAPPENED AGAIN! We got in touch with them again and they completely refused to do the repairs in the most unprofessional and illmannered way possible! Oh and yeah, we were given a 10 YEAR WARRANTY! Cleary their craftsmanship is as poor as their attitude. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Awesome quality product and work. Ultra was referred by several satisfied friends. Excellent quote. Crew was stellar. Roof has had no issues - the roof was done a few years ago. They really helped me understand the product and how it would be installed. Important to understand! My new roof had no damage, unlike my neighbor’s roof (they used a different company), during a crazy windstorm.

Great Customer ExperienceI hired the team from Ultra Roofing back in September of this year (2018). Max is a consummate professional who understood the predicament that I was in, and he went out of his way to book me in to get my roof redone, after a shady roofing company incorrectly replaced the shingles on my roof, which consequently caused significant interior water damage to my home, Max and team came to my rescue at a time, when the GTA was being hit hard with a lot of rain during the Summer period.Ultra roofing was ready and on time to get the work redone to the entire roof of my home.
