Best facial I have ever received! I have been seeing Fatima at the Medical Spa Club for several months now. I have received different types of facials from her including acne and specialty facials. The facials have cleared up my skin and I go religiously to see her once a month. My treatments are so relaxing and I look forward to it every month! The products they use are high quality and don't aggravate my delicate, eczema prone skin. Also, they are very transparent with how they sanitize their tools which is very important to me. I am looking into other treatments here because of the quality service I receive. I highly recommend seeing Fatima if you are looking for a facial!

Did a Smooth Glow Facial at Medical Spa Club and received great treatment from the staff. Dr. Pinkhasik is also a great doctor who is knowledgeable on cosmetic treatments like Botox and Fillers. Definitely worth it to check the facility out!

I have seen Dr. Pinkhasik's many times for different consultations. His patience and understanding created comfort and trust for me! I’ve recently had lazy hair removal and am thrilled with the results! If you are looking for a clinic with a trust worth doctor and friendly staff, this place is an absolute must!

The doctor is great, taking lots of time to explain procedures , their cost, and their outcome. No one is pushy at all or tries to sell you anything and the prices seem reasonable. I've had procedures done in the past by plastic surgeons which turned out very badly so I'm slow to trust. Dr. Pinkhasik ran two medical clinics in Richmond previously (simultaneously) but, as he said, that was like herding cats, so he changed his specialty. The building is incredibly ugly on the outside but don't let that put you off. It's very professional on the inside and they're presently updating the operating room because the plastic surgeons from the area will then be able to use it. Very experienced and professional and I highly recommend.

I had very good experience with Dr. Paul Pinkhasik.He spends time, listens very well, and answers all your questions which shows that he cares about his patients and tries to find the best treatment for individuals.A few years ago when I dislocated my shoulder, he popped it back in and helped me through the rehabilitation process for my injury.Because of his personal sports/martial arts knowledge and experience, I was able to get back into training for martial arts without any aftereffect. He recommended trainings based on my recent injury. (Dr. Paul himself is an experienced Karate fighter )

I've had only positive experiences with Dr. Pinkhasik! He is probably the only doctor I've seen that is so willing to take his time and truly listen to a patient. Although this can sometimes mean that he runs a bit behind schedule, he shows the same level of care and patience to everyone he sees, even for just a consultation. He is extremely knowledgable, not only in the cosmetic field, but after working as a general practitioner for many years prior to opening this clinic, he has an extremely comprehensive knowledge base and is so willing to insure that you are the best informed possible. He will go through your various options with you, and then consult on what he believe is the best course of action for your particular circumstance. He also writes short magazines covering various procedures and any innovations in the field which are great for any curiosities his patients are inquiring about and never push something on you that he doesn't think will have the results you're looking for! I whole heartedly recommend Dr. Pinkhasik to anyone even thinking about having any sort of cosmetic procedure done!

Went there for a consultation. I am the first customer. Yet he shows up 12 mins late and didn't get me in 15 after the scheduled appt. Then he asked me why I am wearing a mask on the way to his officeand said it doesn't work. Ask me to remove my mask when I told him my concern are not in my face but my body. He even proceed to ask me y I am wearing g mask. Are u serious? After covid everything, u tell me when I am face to face with u, I can't protect myself wearing a mask. No respect for ppl time, medical concerns . Don't go, waste of time.

I have been to a few places now for botox and I have to say that Dr. Pinkhasik has been my best experience thus far. He did exactly what I wanted, didn't push me to get other areas done when they weren't necessary, the price was right and he achieved the results I desired! He was friendly and made me comfortable as well during my time in his office. I would highly recommend him.
