Sarb is very rude and condescending. Just because I got gifted silver and was inquiring about gold to purchase she assumed I couldn’t afford it. Even her employees saw how rude she is. She is definitely not manager material. Head office should interview her employees about her behaviour and interactions. When I said she’s being very condescending to me she said would don’t know gold costs more then silver and I had made it clear that of course I know. She would not even tell me the cost of the necklace I wanted. I do not recommend this store.

Have had excellent service and information from reps everytime I go in as a result I have made 5 purchases. I would highly recommend this store as opposed to others who made me feel like I was a waste of time. Thank you Ben Moss Seven Oaks Abbotsford, BC

Not impressed, I dropped my ring off to be sized and went and picked it up and where they sized it is all tarnished and turns my skin green in that one spot so it wasn’t silver coated again. Very upset,

Fantastic place! Great service by Lize, very friendly and informative. It’s unfortunate they have only one sizing with most of their jewelry. I would recommend getting your gifts at least 3 weeks ahead of time in case you need resized.These folks also had very competitive pricing. Would recommend overall.

Excellent customer service I had a gold band repaired and a gold bracelet repair and they look brand new cleaned and everything and great prices definitely recommend it would go back again. Great prices on earrings too thinking of buying some

Absolutely awesome got a hello as soon as I walked in even though they were busy they still took time to say hello and greet me very impressed wished them all happy valentine's day and thank you got a beautiful new ring very well mannered and respectful great place to go. The girls are mostly great. But they had my ring for an extra week because no one called me to let me know it was there.... and when I called them they needed to ask the manager and then never left a message for the manager. The manager is amazing though!The person or company they use for sizing, and maintance, etc isn't great! He soddered my 3 rings together as asked but as a professional he never should have sent it back in the condition that it was in. So I sent it back to have them taken apart and get a jacket" instead and all the other things that he did wrong. The jacket is good but there are major grooves in the middle ring. And not from wear and tear. I received it like that. I plan to have it resized in the near future and will have that fixed at the same time. To me if it's not one thing
