Lowe's Home Improvement

Looking for a particular product, went into store as it showed 5 in stock. Asked associate and could not find it, then directed to 2 others who also had no clue! Walked around for 45 min and no one could find itThey called the waterloo store and were tk have 2 set aside. Drove all the way to waterloo location and they did not have anything set aside and could not find the items even showing 4 in stock. What a bunch of incompetent staff, terrible service and will not go back and waste my time.

I don't like to return things & people like the staff here & the way I was treated is the reason whyTreated like I've done something wrong, are in the wrong and trying to get something for free like a theif wouldAttitude and unnecessary comments to other staff about me while 5 of them were circled around me and a scene made that ended up involving other costumers tok around and opinions2 day prosses to return it but it's gone back as it should haveWon't see me inside a Lowes again

I jokingly say that this Lowe's is my happy place but it really is LOL!The customer service is fantastic, there are always plenty of staff working so it's easy to get assistance when you're looking for something which can't be said about a lot of other home improvement and hardware stores.I also purchased about 6 gallons of Sico brand paint from this location and have been really pleased with the results, which I was nervous about because it comparisson to other options I wouldn't say it's the most well known brand on the market but I am really really pleased with it. I also had to get a paint colour corrected and made darker (my error) and the two attendants who helped me did a fantastic job and their customer service each time I've encountered them has been amazing.Seriously, I love this Lowe's.

I purchased 30 bags of mulch tonight. Two separate trips. I asked if someone would load it in my car and I was lucky enough to be helped by Redish. Such a hard worker and so pleasant and kind. Lowes is lucky to have him!

Stay away from this store. Store manager 'Sharon' convinced me and sold me a scratched lawn mower on a small discount and promised that return policy/warranty still applies. I bought it cause they did not have any other piece available. They dropped the price more than $150 for the product a week after, I went back to store to match price had to fight for getting advertised price with manager 'Katlyn'. They first said we cannot match price cause it was sold at a discount. They agreed after going back and forth for almost 15 minute. And put 'final sale, no return, no exchange'. Ridiculous. I actually didn't want to buy a scratched piece, but they convinced me to buy cause they didn't have any in the store. 'Katlyn' just bluntly said that it's not my problem what 'Sharon' promised. Never coming back and would advise NOT TO GO to this store.

Very hard to find staff with basic product knowledge. Seems they either know nothing, or if you find the hidden gem, they are very helpful. 3 people had no idea what a shim" was or where to find them. Pro desk was very helpful in the end."

I had a fabulous experience buying a BBQ at this store. Art helped me, his knowledge of the stock and BBQ's in general was top class, he was professional with a smile with a bit of Banter mixed in....after buying a BBQ I left thinking, I could have a beer with that guy... thanks Art..great recommendation. Great Job.

We went to buy stain for our cedar privacy screen. Peter S. was most helpful and knowledgable with types of stain and colour choices. We took a piece of cedar and he took the time to show us what our colour choices looked like on our wood. He was willing to take the time to get the perfect stain. We’ve never had such exceptional service! If you need paint or stain go and see Peter S!

The store is generally clean and staff friendly... if they have/carry what you need, and you can find it... it's good for quick trips. Unfortunately, they don't seem to have many options so you have to make do" with whatever you can find or go to another home improvement big box in the area."

Had the best experience with the lady named Penny! She helped us with ordering our dryer. She's the sweetest person I met, very helpful and cheerful!
