Strangest customer service experience. Booked 2 treatments for 12pm. When I called to say I was on my way at 11:55am they said your treatment was at 11am?? They had changed the time and left a message I had not received. The receptionist said they would do 1 treatment at 12:45, at 12:30 she called and said they could not do 12:45 but could do 1pm. This was too late as I had been waiting in town for 30 minutes already. So I could not have the treatment to get ready for a party that evening. I then got a call from the owner saying I would be charged 90% of the treatment price as I had not shown up for my appointment. Even though I had no knowledge of the 11am change and was there for the original appointment time they expected me to pay a cancellation charge. After some discussion the charge was waved, how ridiculous to have to argue about that when I was there for my booked appointment. The treatments might be great but I will not be finding out :(

Always great service here. Kandi been our hairdresser for years. No complaints. My daughter got a little princess manicure today. Was awesome. We will be back for sure :)

Awful experience. The owner Josey is extremely unprofessional. Doesn't seem like they know how to do nails but still charge 75$ for a simple manicure and polish that took over an hour and a half to complete (?!?). I wouldn't even mind paying that if the customer service wasn't so horrible. I feel sorry for the staff who have to work under such a rude boss who will yell at customers in front of other customers and staff.

Had a men's pedicure this afternoon with Josie she was amazing! The spa was super clean and she worked super hard on my thick callouses. She made sure I was comfortable and music selection was good etc. Great conversation I will be back for sure! And thanks for staying open during covid must be hard

On vacation and found this little spa to have a spa day to end our girls trip. Facial and nails. They worked us into their schedule and treated us so well. We felt so at home. The facial was amazing and my nails are mint. They take their time to do an amazing detailed job.

I had a pedicure here in early June. My heels were so gross and peeling, and I hadn't been able to get rid of it no matter what I tried. Jossie (the owner) discretely told me that it was fungus due to having the blade used in previous pedicures in Calgary. She told me how to get rid of it, and sold me some product to use. 6 weeks later, my heels are still smooth and lovely! Thank you so much!!!

My toes have never looked better! I have received a couple pedicures with gel polish from La Petit and the quality is fantastic. Very carefully done, and very precise work. Upon leaving, my nails are invincible, I can head straight to work (Thai Massage, Yoga) and my nails will not smudge or imprint as I am often sitting on my bare feet at work. It’s a nice way to brighten up in the cooler season, and a lovely way to practice some self care! Thanks for making my feet feel and look great ladies!

I'm sorry to say but the experience I had with this spa was less then professional. I had great expectations when checking out the salon, its beautiful, the style was very chic and I was excited to share with my following and take some photos on the old school sofa... however, as someone who is in the industry it wasn't a professional experiences at all, I not only wanted to be up sold, which it could have happened given the amount of time you could have waxed my brows but .. thats a minor issue...the lashes might last... who knows, ill update you on that later but the fact that the tech was more interested in talking with the receptionist, fellow staff and explaining how she will not be working tomorrow for a client who broke her nails... im sorry but wouldn't you want to ensure my experience is well worth the money? like your form says to turn off you cell phone as people will want a relaxing experience, and let me tell you it was not relaxing AND the damage done to my eyes from pulling stuck lashes is VERY upsetting. they are bruised, inflamed and the whites of my eyes have broken blood vessels.its disappointing because further into the lash service this wasn't a tech this was the owner who took time to drink water and chat it up with everyone but myself. its sad I really wanted you to want my business because I come into town often but I hope people take this as a warning. probably best to try a different spa in town.

I unfortunately had a very negative experience at La Petite Spa. The customer service from the owner was very poor and we were met with hostility and anger during most of our appointment, which is not something I have experienced at a spa (or anywhere) before. When we booked, my friends and I were informed that we could wait in a back sitting area and sip champagne that we brought while waiting to get our nails done over a 2.5 hour window (which is the only reason we decided to book here).Unfortunately when we arrived we were informed that we pretty much had to stay silent and just sit at the front while others got their nails done. To add insult to injury, the FIRST set of nails took 1.5 hours to complete meaning we were expected to sit there in silence for at least 3 more hours. Overall the experience was terrible and I will not be coming back.

Such a relaxing space -- the tea and music are nice touches to what has been the best pedicure and manicure I've ever had complete with a really nice paraffin wax treatment I hadn't experienced before. A very bright & clean space and I like that they don't have those built-in foot baths and instead use a tub & liner to ensure I don't catch someone else's foot gremlins! I was offered the option of conversation or simply melting into the massage chair and zoning out, which I thought was a very thoughtful choice to offer rather than assuming I want to blab the whole time! I opted for a bit of both :-)
