Very bad experience with the rental system causing unnecessary stress. We did an in store fitting and measuring for my son’s suit rental for graduation a month in advance. The person who assisted us was fairly new but very nice and helpful. My issue is with what Moores are advertising in terms of the rentals. The slim fit is actually more like a very relaxed regular fit. After measuring and alterations the suit arrived 3 days before the graduation after I was told it would be at least 7 days. The fit was horrible. Pants way too long and very baggy. It looked like my son was wearing his dad’s pants. Alterations made with white thread that was showing. Shirt was creased. The red tie did not match the red pocket square. The material of the suit jacket and pants are faded and look very used. Not gently used. The whole point was to rent for $260 instead of buying something that will not fit my teenage son in 3 months time. I am left scrambling to find a proper outfit for him. After arguing and convincing for over an hour in store, I was refunded. I bought a suit as I was left with no other option. They don’t even have a proper suit bag. I got a clear plastic bag looking like I just picked up dry cleaning. Update your catalogue and give people a true expectation of what they will get! What is depicted in store and online is not at all what the actual suit will look like.

Love coming here. There's always something for me to add or change up my wardrobe with. The staff is friendly and patient and always has great suggestions.

Came in to get sized and pick out a suit. Was helped by Paul who did a great job sizing me up and working with our wedding colors.

Stopped by while traveling to grab a shirt. I was thoroughly impressed by the customer service. I highly recommend shopping here! Everyone was super helpful

I bought a coat suit with shirt and tie From this location, altogether I spend 480$ to buy this all stuff and the manager or the lady who works there she don’t give me a coat cover bag , she gave me a just plastic bag like garbage bag. Also she mentioned coat cover bags are 50$ extra and they don’t have it. What kind of customer service is this , last week my brother bought one coat suit from the same place same lady , the coat cost only 135$ but she gave him a coat cover bag but today she over reacted and so rude , I’m totally disappointed with this locations customer service with the lady who worked in the place . You guys don’t give us anything free so u guys have to have good customers service.

Am employee immediately gave me a hand sizing a dress shirt and after I picked one out she offered to stream it for me so it'd be ready to wear that day! Definitely an awesome team running this store!

Poor service just said they couldn't help me because of the time constraints. Instead of suggesting options they just said they couldn't help, they could however sell me a full suit instead of renting one because they couldn't accommodate my timeline. Called Moores at Billy Bishop they gladly said they could get my rental done within the timeframe. Don't bother coming here if you like being treated like just another person entering the door.

I went in mid-day yesterday in need of some dress cloths as the ones I had on got dirty. I was helped by Ali and he made things very easy for me. I purchased a suit jacket, a dress shirt and 2 pairs of pants for under 300 bucks tax in. Very happy I went in, good stuff and very good service.

Ghost town in here. My sales rep was approached by me to get some help looking for an item. He brought me a couple things but I really needed a helpful and knowledgeable recommendation , but didn’t get that. Ended up finding what I needed on my own
