I am the manager here at Green Storage in downtown Toronto. And I just want to see Greg Campbell and his guys are moving out a client right now and they are doing a great job. They are so polite, so courteous and I highly recommend if you’re gonna move, picked up.

I used QMM to move from Vernon BC to Sparwood BC and the packers and movers were very respectful of my stuff and were very easy to get along with on both sides of my move.Had a great experience with them!!

Very impressed by the service provided by QMM. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful all the way from planning, to coordinating, to loading, and to unloading of the boxes. I would highly recommend QMM to network for their premium service. They made our move easy and I appreciate it.

Moving is expensive and stressful. Jake Boldt was exceptional in his delivery of quality service and communications. We had a big move from Canada to the US and it went off without a problem. And to have us moved out and moved right back in within 4 days was way beyond our expectations. Do not hesitate to use this business.

Absolutely and 100% recommend QMM. Jeff and his team were timely, professional, thorough and careful with the packing and moving process. Aiden was great in the initial quote and agreement process while Hannah provided a lovely white glove service, checking in on us every few days and keeping us updated throughout. We are going to be loyal clients of QMM thanks to this wonderful team who made our move from Toronto to Raleigh seamless.

It was an okay move, but boxes had clearly been dropped and/or crushed (boxes were new so damage was easy to spot), and they smashed the corner of a drafting table I've owned for 20+ years and moved overseas (Australia) and back without significant damage only to have them cause permanent damage to it during a 3-hour's journey. Items which had specifically been marked with This Side Up" notations and arrows on multiple sides were also unloaded on the wrong side

An absolutely amazing company. Highly recommend. Everyone in their team is completely professional with outstanding communication. When they unloaded at our storage facility, another family came over and commented that they had personally moved multiple times in the last few years and that they just wanted to say they could see what a fantastic job the team from QMM was doing. This spoke very highly to us as it isn't often that someone takes the time to comment in this way, let alone someone with recent experience with other moving companies.

Gave us the highest quote and highest duration of any other company. The sales representative seemed so uninterested in taking us as clients. She was not at all helpful when I called to enquire a quote and just wanted to get rid of me.

Overall a good experience. The movers were quick and efficient; with very little damage. Slightly disappointed we were left with an excessive amount of wardrobe boxes, burlap wrap, and packing boxes which we were advised to dispose of ourselves.

This is the second time we were paired with QMM and by far they are the best moving company we’ve worked with in our several moves across North America. Moving from New Jersey to Vancouver with QMM totally healed my moving trauma from the previous move which unfortunately was not with QMM. That company smashed so much of our stuff, left the toilets a mess AND packed the soap somewhere along the way, and to add further insult to injury, the first box I opened had a dirty toilet brush on the very top, so I’d had to disinfect EVERYTHING because my youngest was a baby at the time.QMM made our move from New Jersey to Vancouver almost magical. You can quote me on that.If your company pairs with QMM for a corporate relocation, that’s automatically a green flag that they care about their employees, even more so for people who might not have even started! The guys in New Jersey packed our stuff SO nicely. Driver Clayton and his team (José, Francisco, and Cesar) were amazing. They washed their hands/sanitized before starting (and before lunch) so this time it totally put my germophobe mind at ease to unpack boxed things and not have to be feverishly disinfecting them. (We still wipe down stuff that may have become expectedly dirty or dusty in transit from truck to warehouse etc.). On the Vancouver side, our first drop to the temporary apartment downtown had Wayne, Paul and Lee; the permanent house drop had drivers Brian and Jamie, with Mark, Kerry, Paul and Lee. It was really great that we could ask for some of our things to be delivered while looking for a house then waiting for the sale to close. It totally eliminated having to drive cross country ourselves which would have taken way too much time, effort, sanity, etc.We’ve basically unpacked 95% of our boxes and there are maybe two or three small things that didn’t survive transit. That is a PHENOMENAL rate - especially for our house size.And for the most magical topper of all: the handle crank to our patio umbrella got separated from the umbrella. Two days later, Kerry called me and said that he and Lee were talking, and Lee remembered it being on the green trunk in the garage. IT WAS THERE. *I* couldn’t even remember where most of my own things were!As they were unloading the stuff, the guys mentioned that we could call for the boxes to be picked up once we’d unpacked. I’m looking forward to that later this week so there’s no burden of needing to take care of that recycling or offloading the boxes ourselves (even though we did give away boxes and packing paper!).I have no idea as to what the cost of this move was because it was a corporate relocation but I will recommend QMM to everyone who can afford it. QMM gets ALL the stars a thousand times over!!Thank you also to Joyce who is the BEST point person ever!
