Always Great service.I've been coming to Gravity Hair, stylist Kristine since September. My hair always looks amazing. I'd recommend 100%. You won't be disappointed. The price is fair as well.

As I hate haircuts, I feel compelled to share my experience with the lovely Celina. I recently moved to Cambridge and was in desperate need of a haircut (too many self-done pandemic hair cuts, haha). Celina was AMAZING. She asked me if I was comfortable with the amount of hair she thought needed to be cut off to make my hair healthy and also asked if I was okay with her thinning out my hair. My hair is very thick, and stylists often thin out my hair without mentioning it and overdo it. Celina made me feel pretty once again. Her clear communication is much appreciated as it can be hard to find a stylist you trust. She is also hilarious, which is a bonus. I have found my new salon!

When I called in to book I asked for someone with a higher level of experience and was told that “everyone is very experienced here”.I should’ve taken that as my warning but I gave them a chance anyways. My haircut was mediocre at best. I had asked for a straight line but it ended up quite choppy and uneven. I had to fix some spots myself after I got home.

Although l liked the results, l don't understand why l, with very thin shoulder length hair, was charged $226 and my daughter who has very thick long hair was charged $180 for the same thing???

First of all I want to start off saying my haircut turned out the way I wanted as always. It was done by Ashley and she has a great personality and listens to what you want done or will try and help you receive the style you choose. She also makes polite conversation with her customers and is careful not to step up people's toes. Ashley understands what is appropriate and what is not. I highly recommend her to anyone. From me, I give Ashley five stars!!My issue is with a woman named Crystal" who cut one of my daughters hair. My daughter asked for her hair to be a darker brown (had a picture of the color she was looking for or at least similar to the picture) My daughters hair is "BLACK" like Morticia from the Addams Family. Big difference!!!!! Nicole wanted a haircut and showed how much she was looking to have off. Again

I took my 18 month old boy in the other day. And he doesn't like to sit still ( as most 18 month old babies don't ) but the women that did it was so patient with him, and kind that he actually sat there the whole time and enjoyed having his hair cut . Plus she did an amazing job with his hair. Thank you so much. My father actually loved little man's hair that im calling in right now as we speak to get him an appointment. And I'll be next. We are now clients for life!!

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Very safe during covid. Great ideas and amazing colour and cuts. Great for the whole family. Must book early and be prepared to be put on a waiting list! Yes they are that good!!

Everyone is so warm and welcoming. Always leave feeling my best. Tina always takes time to know what I am looking for and makes it happen.

I love my new hair cut! Celina was great! Customer service is excellent! The only thing I have a hard time with is the styling chairs. They look nice (I understand the concept of a well thought out, coordinated look), however, they are not very comfortable from a posture perspective. I wanted to sit up straight but had to sit back to keep the hair from falling between my back and the chair.....and once I did that, I felt like I was slouching, and that just felt altogether unnatural and uncomfortable.

I switched from very short hair using an excellent Barber across the street, to longer hair and am now back with the owner Tina. For longer hair I need a stylist. She’s an expert and really knows her stuff. Great haircut, good conversation, clean friendly salon. My wife and our kids have been with Tina for 25 years. I highly recommend Gravity and specifically Tina.
