Couldn’t be happier with the service/repairs. Called earlier this week and spoke with Quinton. Explained the issue with my 08 duramax. He recommended a course of action for repair and explained everything throughly. Brought my truck in knowing how busy they were in the hopes they could get to it between other jobs. First thing I noticed was how clean and organized the shop/front office is. Had another chat with Quinton as I had more questions. He really took the time to answer everything, included extra helpful information about my truck and gave me a price for repairs. He advised they would do the best they could to get it in, but could make no promises for a repair date. Fortunately for me some parts were slightly delayed on another project and they were able to get my truck done. Picked it up today and reviewed what was done/repaired with Quinton. He walked me through everything they did, advised on some future maintenance issues I might want to consider and provided me a cost breakdown for what they did. The invoice was Exactly what he said it would be right from the beginning. No hidden costs or BS. Once I left the shop I crawled under the truck / popped the hood. The work they did looked awesome. Everything looked proper and put together well. Where they worked on the engine was clean and looked professionally assembled.Highly recommend Khaos Diesel!

Stephen has never done work for me but gave me a fair bit of guidance on the phone when I was swapping a 6.7 into my 99 cummins. Very knowledgeable guy.

Didn't want to make this review but after getting it back from the other shop I feel it necessary, got well over charged, also asked for seals to be done and they just tightened bolts and called it good and its still leaking oil, 700 bucks and a 9000$ quote to have no work done and it simply looked over. A cvip or however you spell it is 350 for commercial trucks. They hosed me for sure.

Everyone that I’ve dealt with at Khaos is amazing. Irene is always very pleasant over the phone and Steve is a great guy! Very good customer service. Highly recommend

Took my truck in for a head gasket. I dealt with Stephen and Chris. They were no less than phenomenal the entire time. They were open, up front and honest and communicated with me sufficiently on what what going on throughout the process. I would recommend Khaos to anyone looking to have their diesel worked on. Had high hopes for the shop, based of the reviews I felt comfortable bringing my truck for a check up. Booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance, delivered my truck early as requested, my truck runs fine, just wanted a check up and asked to check the air suspension if time allowed. 6 hours later I called and was informed they haven't even brought my truck in the shop, was told the shop was very backed up from last Friday but once caught up my truck was next on the hoist with no mention of time when this would be done. I thought when you booked an appointment time is set aside for you. As I explained to the service person who seemed unconcerned, I just wanted my truck checked and if repairs were needed we could book another appointment for repairs. My business is very busy as well which also works off appointments, I let my customer's know in advance if delays happen or appointment needs be to reschedule. An easy phone call on Friday before or even advising me in the morning of their issues would have been helpful. This has caused me loss revenue not to mention the hassles by disrupting my full day. I prefer to shop locally and it saddens me to have to write a poor review for a local business. Khaos Diesel Performance and Repair can surly do better than this.

I heard glowing reviews in the diesel community about this shop. Bypassed all shops in Calgary to drive 3 hours each way to deal with Steve at this shop. I was beyond impressed, and he truly went above and beyond for me.It’s hard to find customer service of this level these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to drive 6 hours again to deal with Steve in the future. Excellent service.Thanks again Steve!
