I never write reviews, even after a bad experience, but the lack of transparency and professionalism in this case was just too great and I just hope I am saving someone a headache and money by doing this. Me. Holuigun was rude to myself, my SO and our real estate agent. We tried to change notaries but because he had been chosen by our buyer we were stuck.He rarely picked up calls, charged us a ridiculous amount for his services and REFUSED to justify his billing (we have email proof of this). Moreover, he refused to answer our questions about the process and his way of doing. Additionally, he tried to charge us for a certificate we had that was still valid but he tried to make it seem like it was not so he could pocket more money. His demeanour delayed the buying process. He was overall incredibly disorganized and everything was someone else’s fault. He does not care about his customers at all. Avoid at all costs.

STAY AWAY!This person left our notary application half way and went on a vacation with no instruction or follow up. Unfortunately we missed our closing date due to irresponsibility and unprofessionalism of Leonardo. I would give him ZERO stars if I could. Go somewhere else and save your self a headache!HORRIBLE!
