They are doing FALSE ADVERTISING. We ordered this pistachio ice cream(Pistacho Royal) but when we tried it we were shocked! It wasn’t pistachio at all. It was something else. We went back to the shop to say it says pistachio here but it is not. They called the “manager” and he told us that it’s actually not pistachio but “Candy taste”. I’m like what? It says pistachio on it, this is false advertising. He got mad and told me okay I’ll refund you and ran away! Such an unprofessional behaviour!I was shocked to learn that “Pistacho Royal” is actually not a pistachio ice cream! This place obviously scamming people. I’m not going there anymore and don’t recommend anyone to go there.

Quite disappointing experience today at this place. Their pistachio royal gelato tasted nothing like pistachios, maybe cherry or almond - we couldn’t even understand.We noted that to the team and they called a manager who acknowledged it wasn’t a pistachio gelato but something he called a candy, not even sure. We asked if we could just get another flavour instead of “pistachio” but the manager started getting angry and insisted on a refund (thanks for that). So we got a refund and had to get another flavour with the refunded money. Funny. Anyway, if you’re a pistachio ice cream lover, this place isn’t good for it at all.

Went in for an after meal dessert of gelato. At around 9:30pm some of their gelato selection was sold out and I think i got the last bit of their strawberry cheesecake flavour. I also ordered the ferrero rocher flavor. Both were good but my favorite was their strawberry cheesecake. It was nice and tart like how a cheesecake should be and had bits of chocolate in it.They were busyyy!We tried to find a table to sit but all of them were not the cleanest hence my -1 star.Prices were similar to other gelato places in Toronto.

$6.50 for a small is a bit pricey. Good quality but not good enough to justify the cost. I really enjoyed the carrot cake flavor though. It really tasted like carrot cake and even included the cream cheese frosting. If you have money to spare, I'd recommend.

Tried the pistachio, tiramisu, and strawberry cheesecake. The flavors are bland with no depth and the pistachio is clearly artificial not high quality pistachio paste. The only thing making this feel like gelato is the texture and even that can be achieved by melting down store-bought ice cream (which I'd probably enjoy more than this). $6.50 for a small cup!! The audacity. There's MUCH better places for gelato that are lower cost and larger portion.

Nice place to get gelato but slightly expensive for my liking, though the portions are much bigger than they may initially seem. The seating area is very spacious and the gelato itself is very good. They have a large selection of flavours to choose from but my favourites were the pink grapefruit and the mango.

Ordered the raspberry gelato ice cream and the cherry/chocolate/vanilla mix (forget the official name). It tasted really nice and couldn't get enough. There was a really long line in the evening

Never tried the gelato so can't comment on that but the tiramisu was a huge disappointment and waste of $$. The bottom was soaked in rum or something and very soggy. It was so bad I couldn't even finish the thing. Pecan pie was alright.

WOW!!! Before I tried this, the best sorbet I had ever had was tangerine in a little town in Italy known for their sorbet. Then I discovered Dolce. This is, hands-down , the BEST sorbet I have ever had. They need a super duper 6 star option. Wow! I met the sorbet maker and he was so humble! Do not miss this!
