We connected through Cole as a referral from his colleague long distance. We connected by phone and then met for the first time for a house tour. He turned out to be the best realtor we've worked with over many moves. He was extremely responsive and thoughtful - spent time learning about us and was able to narrow us down to the perfect house. He is knowledgeable of the Island and if he didn't know the answer always researched and responded. Would highly recommend Cole.

It took my husband and I a really long time to find our home. We started looking just as the market was rising at the end he end of 2021 and the type of property we were looking for was suddenly very out of our budget. This is when we started working with Cole and he did all he could to help us find something we could afford during this time.
