Great service! Tech showed up on time, was very friendly and efficient, showed us how to use our new system and was very polite, cleaned up after installation as well. System working well, easy to operate. I recommend the doorbell with camera too as it has a clear picture and the phone notification is immediate, microphone loud and clear as well. Overall positive experience, feeling more secure as hoped!

I had a surveillance system installed in my house today. The salesman, Pete was a great salesman who didn't try to push me into crazy sales, understood what I was looking for and was a pleasant person to deal with. The service technicians Shawn and Bryan were fantastic, friendly and extremely knowledgeable, from the camera install to explaining the internet portion. There are no bulky and ugly wires showing outside my walls. Everything is hidden and beautiful. My family feels more comfortable and secure. I recently had Nick Dion, the Sales Manager provide a quote for replacing my DVR with a new Nik Vision DVR with motion detection. Tyler the Pasword Technician did a great job installing the new DVR system, connecting my five exterior cameras, formatting my DVR settings and connecting us to the mobile app to receive alert notifications. The new system works great. I’m very happy with Pasword Protection’s service and would highly recommend them to others.

My husband and I had a system installed last week. The installer was professional and patient, as I usually ask a lot of questions. I feel we are in very good hands, and am happy to have gone with a local company.

When first installed in 2009 it was the system recommended by our Insurance Broker. After years of service and occasional" communication malfunctions requiring necessary technology upgrades to maintain connections I have now required another major upgrade that finally has parts available and has been installed. I will update the rating once I have confirmed the final billing as I have questions about our updated contract and the increased cost for a change in technology due to equipment becoming obsolete and the recent bill for install that we were told would be included as stated in our contract-"this should have been done as original upgrade in 2021.""

Just had my security system installed after numerous quotes, and had to comment after the ordeal I went through. PasWord was great to deal with and responded to all of my questions in a professional manner. Install went super smooth and faster than anticipated. Definitely recommend, thanks guys.

So disappointed with service. My elderly Mother had an alarm installed in her home to make her feel safe. I have rushed to her home many times in the middle of the night because of a faulty alarm. They replaced sensors and have tried different things with wiring and it still happens. Tried canceling service and 2 months later she is still getting charged. My Mother has called several times to cancel and on the last call they reassured it was canceled. I was called today by the response team for an alarm, another false alarm. I explained she no longer has the service. Apparently it is still not canceled. They need to receive an email. Email has been sent and she is still being charged. What a complete scam. Feel like they are definitely taking advantage of her. I would not recommend at all!!!!

Install tech was super and professional and kept his areas clean and tidy. 100% recommend Pasword Protection . Local Hamilton company also.

Awesome local company. So good to see their labels on so many local businesses and homes. I even noticed them on a bunch of the schools and libraries in Hamilton. I'm very happy with my choice, knowing that the company is secure and used by so many others.
