Nike - The Eaton Center

Terrible policy on refunds. I went back to the shop to exchange a pair of shoes without even taking them out of the box, and the manager there said he can see a CREASE on the shoes lol. Because I paid cash for it and they don't enjoy refunding cash purchases. His argumentation persisted. Even Lol told me that nobody at Nike ever tries on our shoes, which is false because I have tried on dozens of them there. Be sure you understand the store's ridiculous policies before making a purchase, thanks. The manager dismissed online buying as something we have nothing to do with" in a rather unpleasant manner. PATHETIC."

Absolute garbage customer service. Wanted to exchange a $270 shoe that I wore once and realized it was too small after one hour. I didn’t bother wiping it as I didn’t think they would care about very very little marks or anything. They refused to exchange it and were being extremely rude and hostile. When I said other retailers like Costco don’t even care if you wear it. The manager Larry responded saying “we are not Costco”. Thanks for your great customer service after someone gave you ~ $300 of their hard earned money. Larry and Cam were the managers at the time.

THIS IS NOT AN OFFCIAL NIKE STORE. THEY MISREPRESENT THEMSELVES AS NIKE STORE. I bought a shoe 4-5 days prior to posting this review. I have attached the photo of the shoe for you to see. IT is in perfect condition, worn once to check the size of the shoe. It is one size smaller for me so I asked them to return it so that I can get another one in my size. NOT ONLY DID THEY REFUSE THE RETURN (NIKE HAS 60 DAY NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURN POLICY) THEY STARTED being insulting and screaming. One chinese woman and another woman calling herself manager started being a bully. Even security lamented on their behavior. I called NIke service from teh store and they immediately agreed to return it. I would never shop at this store. Please only go to the official NIKE store and avoid these crooks and liars. I am also complaining about them to consumer complaints ontario.

BEWARE this is a second party retailer, NOT Nike, so NONE of the return policies are the same. Completely misleading merchandiser. Unacceptable for the Nike brand and this second party retailer - basically a scam. This holds true of all Toronto stores apparently. I will never shop Nike again.

Always happy with my purchases and customer service at this location. Just havent had time to post a review so here it is ! :)All staff are amazing here and they get good products.

I called them at 5:30 in the evening and asked them about the availability of a shoe which they instantaneously said that they don’t have it. That raised my doubts as they take more time at the store to check if they actually have the shoe that you want. So at 6:00pm I am at the store and they had the shoe that I had inquired about. This is also true about the one at Square One Mall though I can’t confirm if the person was telling the truth. But yeah they also flat out said, no. So it looks like they don’t care about phone inquires or the business.The service at the store was good and Ebrahim helped me out and answered all my questions!

Great Nike store, lots of variety in clothing and shoes. Unfortunately can be very busy and hard to get help from employees. Overall had a great time shopping here and bought a shirt. Would recommend if your looking for shoes or shirts.

It is Nike, a large branch in Eaton Mall, and there is a variety of products and very good materials that give you comfort. We hope there are offers and prices that compete with other products.

Sold me faulty product for full price. The stitching was very bad and there was lots of hanging strings. I’m also pretty sure they are FAKES! They did not let me try them on and barely let me look at them and they were final sale. I should have known there was something fishy going on so it is my OWN fault. How can Nike be so deceitful…DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
