Bad customer service! I used to visit in this store with the same experience and now I can't help myself to leave a review that they deserve! Some of the staff are good but most of them are rude and not helpful. So disappointed!

Employees super nice & willing to help. Well organized & clean store. Got my passport photos done here it was a quick & easy process I think it was about $22 or so.

Not related to buying something there but.... my car wouldn't start due to a dead battery, so I went in to the store after asking several other people to help boost me, and one of the employees said he had cables and could boost me after finishing up with a customer. After waiting a while the manager came to tell me they couldn't help me in case something were to go wrong with my car, but he let me know there was a Canadian Tire down the road and maybe I could find someone there. Guess its against their policy to be a decent human being, keep in mind it was winter and no one else I asked had jumper cables. So thanks Staples (thankful for the employee that was going to help me)

Apparently thier COVID policy for headphones says you have to pay 12$ for the right to return a defective product. Now I have to pay to return something for them to throw them out anyways that would have been free... forced warranty.... or deal with broken ones.... None of those things would be in my control. Must not have been selling to many warranties so they just defaulted to being able to charge for something you may or may not get. Good for business not for us.....

Service here is 50/50 I waited around for 10 minutes waiting for someone to talk to me and take my order. The store was dead and everyone was doing just normal jobs and was walking around me. Not the best service at this store. It is a hit or miss this is why it got 3 stars.
