I love the fact they carry vinyl, even for recent albums of newer groups;that's not to say that they don't carry the classics, 'cause they do. Their CD and movie selections are also quite large. The instore music they play isn't overly aggresive either, which is nice when you're trying to find something new or different to watch or listen to. The staff is quite courteous as well.

Because it has the best selection of music and the staff is amazing can help you find anything you maybe looking for :)

The service was not helpful and the music they had playing in the backround waa not the best choice, not everyone can listen to opera on a loop.

Terrible service, overpriced merchandise, brand new records often damaged.

Hopefully the one knowledgeable man that they found to run this place doesn't quit and the mall stays open long enough for this store to succeed. Great service in a sad... sad mall.

This store is great for small pop culture gifts CD and records. They have great customer service and friendly staff

Bad service and the people that happened to working" there didn't help me . Worst of all they don't have the music I'm looking for. They don't know the music

Nice music store, lots of movies, TV shows and an increasing amount of LPs, but the prices are a little bit on the higher side, and sometimes they don't have obvious big sellers on hand. It's basically HMV continued.Edit : be careful what you buy there. They now sell third-party / bootleg CDs and LPs that are sometimes defective because of low quality standards. I bought a 30$ double CD that wouldn't play because of the disc duration (CD 1 was 82:25 long) and if it plays well for a 20 seconds test on their CD player when you bring it back, they just turn you away with your useless, defective piece of plastic. A big disappointment, but hey, they get to keep my 30 bucks forever.
