Baskin Robbins

I had an excellent customer service experience at this location. I went with my kids at around 8:45 pm and they were closing at 9 pm, but the staff insisted to keep open until my kids are over with their ice cream.

I've been going to this Baskin Robins for years. I have never had a bad experience here. I usually get a Mint Chocolate Chip Milkshake (People are now going to doubt that I am a serious Ice Cream Enthusiast due to my order).But I decided to get scoops instead on a waffle cone and it hit the spot. Price is starting to get quite expensive. (No employees fault).Service is always good, never had an issue asking for samples. Nice area in Meadowvale.Nothing outrageous or AMAZING, just your typical Ice Cream chain. Dairy Queen and Dairy Cream both have better cakes.

Great place. Bigger than the usual baskin Robbins that I’ve been to. Lots of seating area and lots of customers for obvious reasons.Keep up the great work guys I’ll surely be coming back for my ice cream cakes and more ice cream scoops with waffle cone ofcourse.

Horrible customer service. I witnessed an employee ask a couple with a toddler leave the seating area after they purchased their ice cream. It was 8:50pm. Store hours are until 10pm..

Went there yesterday during opening hours. There was a sign at the front door saying will be back in 10-15 minutes. Is that a new thing now? It's so inconvenient considering the weather is super cold outside. Definitely not coming back to this branch

Good ice cream specially the new flavor of Valentine day it name “ Love Potion #31 “, the service was good and the store was clean

I came here Thursday night with my husband to get ice cream and bought a kids size rocky road. After having bought the ice cream I realized the marshmallows in the rocky road were not vegetarian and contained beef which i am not allowed to eat. I asked politely if I can have it replaced since I did not even eat any and the lady serving me told me she was unable to replace it or refund me. She responded with an attitude and very rudely said “Do you expect me to put the ice cream back”. I understand I made a mistake on my end and did not read the ingredients correctly but the customer service I received tonight was disgusting. How much is it going to cost your business to replace a scoop of ice cream and make someone’s night, vs being rude and bitter. Definitely never coming to this location again.

The girl that normally works during the day time is amazing! I usually order a mint chocolate chip milkshake, scoops of the chocolate chip cookie dough, or scoops of the mint chocolate chip. Their ice cream cakes, logs, and pizza's always look amazing. Amazing customer service, quick, and efficient. Will definitely continue to come back.

I have always ordered from here especially every 31st of the month for their 31% off ice cream pints promo. I bought an ice cream cake (very berry strawberry flavour) for my husband and when I took a bite I saw this hanging out. It’s embedded inside because I had to pull them out. I have a video but I can’t seem to post it here for some reason and it’s very disappointing and very disgusting since I don’t know what it is or where it came from. Only reason I still have 2 stars is because I still like BR and the flavour is still pretty good, but I had to check my cake every time I took a slice since this was the second time it’s happened. So sad.

We tried Chocolate with peanut butter, strawberry cheesecake and rum raisin. All delicious no one disappointed.Service excellent and with a smile.
