Durham Region Transit

This is the worst public transit in the gta! Why are these drivers so dangerously unhealthy and angry? It’s like a bunch of trolls. Secondly, I really hope one of you m o r o n z reads this. Is it not wise to accelerate the bus once the passengers are seated? I had a major back injury and this clown bus driver jolted the bus right after I tapped the presto. Are you kidding me? I would love to sue for this. This happens time and time. Sometimes out of pure anger from the troll bus driver.I promise you. AI will replace each and everyone of you. When that day comes public transit will become reliable and safe.Right now. It’s like giving a bunch of children big toys to play with all day.Major disrespect to each and every one of you.

Drivers pass you by on the street. Buses don't show up or go on the opposite side of the road to what the route normally is. Customer service is disgusting, you cannot get to a supervisor or a manager you just get some foreign speaking person that you can hardly understand and no response that makes any sense. How is one supposed to get to their school or to their place of business after paying a lot of money for a service that does not provide what you need. Deplorable customer service!!

They have a “schedule” and the buses don’t seem to follow it. You want to get places with ease? Have fun taking this transit system.

2 weeks ago on a trip to the Royal Canadian Legion on Simcoe St. N., the driver suggested I could arrange for direct bus ride from my home on Kenneth Ave. to the Legion.I use a rollator (walker) and this would be much more convenient, especially in the winter when sidewalks are tough to negotiate. Does anyone know about this service and what it is called?

Busses are extremely unreliable. Using both Google maps and presto e-tickets (which is the official way) busses are routinely delayed or canceled without any notification. Don't rely on DRT to get you anywhere without standing in the cold for hours on end.

I witness something I wish I hadn't today.I caught the 9105 Whitby bus today.A young pregnant girl got on the bus. It was pouring rain and this bus driver kicked off the bus. She wasn't causing a disturbance. Even if she didn't have the fair.Wheres the compassion that Durham Transit are allowed to exercise?I got on the bus a couple stops before her and showed this transit driver my ticket

The buses are never on time and sometimes never show up!
