VIP2Care Pediatric Clinic

I waited 4 weeks starting from referral by my family doctor, to hear from this place. Kept calling them and indicating that it's urgent and I am worried for my baby. The receptionists kept telling me that my baby is being reviewed by the administration and is waiting approval. Then they finally tell me that she spoke to the administrator 2 days ago, without even giving me a call back.This is how the conversation went: you're the one with the 3 month old right? I said yes and she replied that "they did not accept me". I asked her can you explain why? She said they're not accepting new patients because they're full.Isn't this something you know from before? Why keep someone hanging on a thread like that knowing that it is urgent? Went weeks being in stress mode and now I have to find a new doctor. Horrible experience to be honest. Not to mention the unprofessionalism of not following up and providing updates

All my kids and my family love Dr.Burman.He is the best:attentive, professional,polite,love kids:) although he is super busy with tonnes of patients and their parents...Office clean and cozy.My older son ,(who is a chicken, could not tolerate even nails trimming), waiting for the visit,to get his lollipop:)))The doctor makes all necessary referrals and lab tests,and really dedicated person,who love what he is doing.Thank you,Dr.Burman

Excellent Doctor and Staff. Dr. Burman has gone out of his way to treat my children. He listens to my concerns and takes his time to explain. He always takes careful notes during the appointment ,which I appreciate. My children like him and trust him (which is important). His staff is always professional and polite. We are grateful to have been referred to him.

We love Dr Burman. He treats two of our boys. He is very passionate and his love for kids shines in every visit. We are lucky to have him as our pediatrician.

Dr. Dmitriy Burman is a humble and sweet pediatrician. He is our family pediatrician since beginning. He listens patiently to parent's concerns and always helps us with the best. He is caring with infants and toddlers.Also kudos to polite office assistants (Jekaterina , Katya ) who always addressed our concerns in time.

Really nice doctor, good job with giving shots. Kid is always calm after visits.

He is very knowledgeable and super caring. So lucky to have him as my kids Pediatrian.

We've been with Dr Burman for 8 years now. He is kind and we can't imagine a better care than the type he provides. Today he saw my son within hours after I had called although it was way past business hours, as the kiddo was in pain and needed an immediate attention. God Bless Dr Burman! Thank you for what you, Doctor! You, your team and the whole atmosphere at the office makes your patients feel loved and important even during uneasy circumstances.

I would like to thank Dr. Burman and his team for taking care of my child and other kids. His is super attentive, kind and detailed oriented pediatrician. My baby was lucky to become Dr. Burman's client :) Today I had a chance to get an appointment the same day, as the baby had a fever 38.5C. Moreover, when I came 5 minutes late, I was called right away and didn't wait at all.I would like to thank him once again and I do recommend your clinic to all my friends :)Regards,Tatiana

Dr Dmitriy Burman is very kind doctor who cares. He is also very knowledgeable and answers all our questions. My main complaint about this office is the secretary. We had to travel out of town and needed to consult with Dr Burman as we need to ask what sort of vaccines our kids need to take. The secretary who answered the phone indicated that we needed to go to a walk-in clinic and Dr Burman is unable to attend to us as he is very busy. We had to call several times to get an appointment since even walkin clinic told us that we need to go to our pediatrician. Even after getting appointment, she treated us in very discourteous manner and made us wait outside of the office in hallway beside the elevator for long time. As per what she said, She was doing us a favor". I would give Dr Burman 5 star for all he does but i must say his secretary deservers 1 star. You can also see many other people review of same complaint about the secretary as well. I believe they need to get a customer service training since they are doing Dr Burman bad service."
