Olde London Chimney Sweep

Fantastic service! I was running late and was not home when the Chimney Sweep showed up. He phoned me and waited until I arrived. Once inside, he inspected the fireplace and swept the chimney clean. He cleaned up everything after and it looks great. We will definitely be using these guys from now on.

Par is absolutely incredible. Always pleasant, professional and on time. He never leaves any hint that he’d been here, no mess whatsoever. I’ve been fortunate that he’s looked after my wood stove for over ten years, without any issues.

We called Olde London Chimney Sweep for an inspection and repair. They were excellent. Called to say running 15 minutes late and I really appreciated that. They repaired our leak and gave us an proof of inspection for insurance. Very polite, efficient and I would definitely recommend them and will have them again for cleaning.

One of the more affordable chimney sweep companies I've seen. Good communication, always kept me in the loop the day of the sweep. Great guys, I'm gonna get them to install a wood insert this spring for me. Really down to earth. Thanks olde london!

Par was so helpful with his inspections in my new house. I wasn't able to be there while he did the inspection, but he made sure to call me and answer all my questions the following day. He gave me a thorough report about the fireplace, and he explained how to properly dismantle a wood stove that I'm removing, even telling me the kind of material to use to seal it off. He went above and beyond to explain that to me and I really appreciated it! Very nice guy and easy to work with

I give them five stars.I ordered a chimney sweep from The Olde London for a new home fireplace.They came in time, no delays (in fact they had to wait for me).Before doing the sweep they did an inspection to make sure I needed one.Everything was done in 50-55 min or so.They left the place were they worked clean, not a single stain or spot.Answered all my questions.Very professional.I'm booking The Olde London for the next annual inspection.I recommend The Olde London.Thank you guys!

I have been laid off for several months, I needed my fireplace inspected and cleaned so I started calling with the intention to call for rates and see if I could afford it. Olde London Chimney Sweep was my first call, I spoke with Par, he quoted the rate, I explained my situation.and asked if he could give me some discount. Par totally surprised me and said he would just it for free!!! I was beside myself and did couldn't believe my ears, part of me thought he was probably joking and wouldn't show up. Well this morning a pleasant gentleman showed up at my door, he did full inspection and cleaning along with Jon. I want to say I have never experienced such generosity, many blessings. Have a wonderful Christmas Par and Jon!!

Par was so helpful. He came all the way to downtown Calgary to view the chimney in a place we are wanting to buy. His customer service was amazing, he was very helpful in explaining what needed to be repaired and also walked us through safe use of the fireplace as it will be our first times having one. I really appreciated his thoroughness and accommodating us to fit us into his busy schedule. We will definitely be booking Par again for any repairs or cleaning we will be needing done. This company was amazing. They were efficient, honest and clean. There was no mess after they finished sweeping our chimney. When asked if we need a wett inspection, they said only if our insurance company asks (they could have up sold us). They were patient and answered all of our questions. We are definitely repeat customers.
