Great experience! My wife & I went there to get our tests done. I had to give my blood sample for some tests and the person who did the job was fantastic! The person is a young white male, unfortunately I couldn't ask his name (as I was very nervous), was super awesome, took some time to calm me down, asked about my weekend etc. and suddenly did the job and I didn't even realize that when he took the blood. He is the best. I strongly recommend this place.Again, thanks to him and the whole place for treating me so well. <3

I’m quite surprised by the negative reviews here, I have had radiographs done here as well as many ultrasounds for various ailments over many years and everyone has been great. Wait times have never pushed my limits and the staff is always very professional and courteous. There doesn’t seem to be room for any constructive criticism here... ? This place is my go-to, its close, has a good location, lots of parking and is in same building as a pharmacy as well as a blood lab. Good job ladies! I’ll see you next time!

I have just had a pelvic and abdominal ultrasound . I had been dreading this procedure but my technician Ghazal Asif was wonderful. She has a great bedside manner and is very gentle and knowledgeable.

Our 5 year old daughter has needed ultrasounds and the staff are always really kind and helpful with her, and with us figuring out schedules etc.

I agree that this is a great clinic to get imaging done and the staff are super. However, now that I use a walker, I feel obliged to add the following commentary. There is no button to push to make the door open and it is a heavy metal door. So I entered backwards, using my body to open the door while maneuvering my walker and it was not easy. I did tell the staff, a button to automatically open the door was needed. After the imaging was done, I exited by the alternate door and here again encountered difficulty. It was very difficult to open the door because it was so heavy and my arms are weak. It would have been great to have had some assistance but the tech had scooted off to collect the next client while I was changing. Surely with senior clients, a bit of help could have been rendered. Indeed, considering the pics taken, it might have occurred to her to offer help.

My experience at this clinic was incredible. I showed up a bit disorganized and frazzled and the receptionist was reassuring and helpful. The technicians were friendly and thoughtful, and all went smoothly. Really great experience, I'd certainly come back.

So fast, clean and very professional. I had a walk in x ray completed here at around 1 pm on a Tuesday. Was in and out within 30 minutes.

I have gotten ultrasounds at this place two other times and for my third time I was treated really rudely by the receptionist. I am a student who lives on the east side of Hamilton and does not have access to a car so I was late for 8 minutes that day. She was not even looking at me when I was waiting at the desk and continued talking to the nurse. I interrupted their conversation to let her know that I have an appointment and she looked at the nurse who was talking to her sitting down doing nothing and told me I am too late and have to rebook my appointment!! How long does a pelvic ultrasound take for them to not be able to do one when I was less than 10 minutes late? Should they not take into consideration the transit times of busses with covid and book appointments for enough space in between? The last time I got an ultrasound here I was sitting down for 30 minutes with my mother after checking in waiting for the nurse!! The staff at this location don’t even want to do their job, I wish there was another ultrasound clinic in Hamilton. I have a condition that requires frequent ultrasound checkups and I don’t want to get treated like this ever again. (Update: just found out there are other clinics I can go to in Hamilton, never going back here again! And would not recommend)

A conveniently located lab with reasonable wait times and poor reviews .....Lord almighty , how can such a small amount of power so vastly swell the head of an technologist .... despite being an essential service a small amount of common curtesy would go a long way .... I will drive great distances to avoid this place .... there are polite ways to deliver unfavourable information .... but here you will simply find unfavourable ways of delivering basic information. 2 stars for a great location and the possibility of different staff being there when you visit!

After reading all the reviews that were negative before my appointment I was wondering what to expect. I was there for a spinal xray. I was quite relieved to discover everyone was friendly and professional from the receptionist to the technician. I only had to wait 10 minutes so I was pleased. I have nothing negative to say.
