Superior Suds Laundromat - Pine Plaza

Clean facilities, well lit, easy to use.

This place is very clean, and the staff super friendly. If you pay by credit card, you need to buy a $2 Superior Suds card, add money to it and then use that on the machines. I'm not sure how the cash payment works..

We were traveling the country and needed to stop and do some laundry, googled the nearest one and this one popped up. I thought perfect, it has Google pay as an option on the search, as we didn't have much change.However on arrival we find out Google pay isn't an option and the only way to pay is to buy a $2 superior suds card and load it via debit/ credit or cash. I loaded $10, thinking that will be enough. However $2 of which went to buy the card and the other $8 went to the washer.So I try and load the card again however I don't have any cash left, only some coins. Which was of no use as I can't load the card with coins. Then I try and load the card with my debit card and the lowest amount is $10!!All I needed at this point was to dry 1 load of laundry. I called to find out if there was another way to add $4, however no answer. So I had no choice but to add $10. So now my laundry has cost me $20!!This card is of no use to me now and it still has $6 I'll never get back. I've left it on the counter so someone else can use it.I'll never use superior suds again!!

I love it I feel like there should be security there some lady was there with her grandma and she went through my dryer . But other than that great place

Inconvenience for traveller's when you need to load a card just to use the machines.
