Our Sales consultant was Robby Suffern. Robby was great to deal with, we did a lot of things over the phone because we live in Alberta. When we finally made it to the dealership to see the unit Robby had every ready for us, walked through and answered all our questions. Highly recommend Woody's and Robby. Couldn't be happier. Started looking around for a trailer this past year... went to a few other places, but Dustin at Woody's was the first salesman that made me feel comfortable as a first time buyer. The guy knows his stuff forwards and backward and he answered all my questions without batting an eye. He even showed off some products in the showroom I never considered without coming across as that pushy salesmen". Woody's is the only place I didn't feel like they were trying to take me for everything I had. Thanks for the top notch service!"

We ended up needing to trade in our RV for a bigger one. We came back to Woody's and found the perfect unit for us. Everyone there was great to work with and were all very accommodating. Robbie made sure the unit was in great condition when we picked up and walked us through the unit, and explained everything to us very thoroughly. We will definitely go back when we need to upgrade again.

Went in for some supplies to fix a few things I had been putting off on my travel trailer. Dealt with Frank who was very helpful. Hadn't been in the store more than 15 seconds before I was approached with an offer to help. Talked through a few different options I had given the age of my trailer and left very satisfied with practical and economical options to fix things up (different than what I had assumed I was going to do as well so the new options were appreciated).

One of the best, if not the best sales transactions that i/we have ever experienced. I am 65, so that's saying a lot. Everything from the introduction, to the sale, the financing, the storage, the detailed tour and explanation on pick-up was extremely smooth and well done. A complete sales and service and the unit turned out better than we had anticipated. And it was all done over the phone and by Email, site unseen. Thank you Ron.
