I feel bad writing this review. but the woman who answered the phone had no interest in being helpful whatsoever. I love Dr. Bukmus, and I know these are difficult times and I am trying to be understanding, but this particular person chose to argue instead of try to help. Sad. I will avoid this place as best I can.

Do you notice a theme in almost every review written of this place? Extremely disrespectful administrative staff. Despite having a positive relationship for 12 years with my physician here, if you are someone who has any complex need or requires paperwork to be completed in a timely manner, I would strongly advise to work with an office that has more competent and efficient administrative staff.

Poor service and rude staff. The reception never care about the customer's feeling. They ask client to pay from their own pocket to pay the late appointment with the rude attitude. I will never come back again.

Dr. Kaliazana and her maternity leave replacement Dr. Lam are the best family doctors are all around amazing. The clinic also allows me to book appointments on short notice.

Dr Kaliazina is an excellent family doctor: caring & knowledgeable and didn’t guilt me too much about my past poor self-care. Yes the ladies on the front desk are a little frosty but that’s a minor detail. Walk-in blood tests without appointment before 1pm.

Horrible staff..especially the receptionist.. the moment you get in you feel that they don’t care & are there only for business. Rude responses. Air of attitude. Receptionist doesn’t even bother to provide basic minimum info before getting your sign on papers - potential violation of health care norms.

Physio Clinic is fantastic! My doctor is good, however the doctors reception has one woman who is:- consistently rude- demonstrates very poor customer service skills- shows little regard for the patientIf I experience this again - I will sadly, but rightly make a formal complaint.

Nothing wrong with my Doctor but I'm looking for another because booking an appointment is just painful. You can call and they'll call you back...maybe. You can't leave voicemails after hours. They make it very inconvenient to do anything.

The doctors here are great, however, the front desk staff are incredibly rude, unprofessional, and inpatient. If you are going to work in healthcare dealing with the public and people who are experiencing health issues, it would be a good idea to show some empathy, compassion and not treat people as if they were an inconvenience. I highly recommend the owners of Royal Health Centre re-evaluate their front desk staff, considering they are the first face that patients see upon arrival.
