I had a great experience at Unionville Diagnostic Imaging yesterday, all the staffs that I met including the technicians and front desk ladies were very professional, friendly and efficient. Wait time was good too. Thank you Edith and Angela, you have great customer service skills and have been very helpful. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. We called earlier in the day to find out if it's okay for us to walk in. We were told specifically to come in by 4:00 p.m. and it would be all right since the closing time was five. We did as we were told, showed up before 4 and they refused to see me anyway because there were too many patients.I dragged myself on crutches all the way from home and through the unnecessarily winding hallways to this centre on the second floor based on the instructions from the centre. As much as I understand that patient influx can happen, there has to be a better way than to send away people who can't walk without providing the healthcare service the center is supposed to.

Excellent place to do lab work. Clean place, friendly front desk staff, extremely efficient, in and out to do x ray and other tests pretty fast. Thank you all the nice front desk staff and experienced technicians. You made my tests easy and quick for me. Even I have moved away from Markham and I still love to drive back to this Markham lab. as other labs gave me PTSD to do lab tests. Haha. THANK YOU, THANK YOU ALL! You ppl are the best !!!!

Yesterday I waited for one and a half hours for the chest x-ray. Meantime I noticed that the technician let at least one person in before me, bypassing the receptionist desk, someone who came way later than I. It was unacceptable. I noticed also that all other patients who went in before me were doing other tests so the one and a half hour wait for me to do the chest x-ray was unacceptable.

The technician who did the breast ultrasound today was rude. After the ultrasound was done, i used the paper to clean up the gel that was put on my body when she did the ultrasound. I did it quick and some were not cleaned completely. Then she said Clean it up

Wanted to bring my mom for x-ray and when call to book an appointment, the receptionist said that they don't book one but come before 8.30am to be able to get in first.When we arrived we people coming with appointments and they were going before us.My mom is 87 years and it was very difficult for her to sit in a wheelchair for a long timeThis is totally unacceptable and the staff needs to be little considerette

Had an appointment, showed up early but couldn't find CML signs anywhere. They are under different management but don't tell you that before. Website, or Google page aren't updated either. Look for Unionville Imaging.The tech was great and professional. Thanks!

Went in for lower back xray as i had sciatica. They xrayed my head. I said my pain is in lower back when they asked me to open my mouth and put the machine close to my head. The short guy technician said: i know my job, i know what i do.My chiropractor was mad, me as well when we saw my head xray.
