I contacted Octopus Royal to repair my tenant washer. Price was very reasonable and they also sent me pictures of the broken part, and the repair itself.I'm very happy with this company.Needless to say that they give one year warranty for part and labor as compared to other companies that only give 90 days.Thanks again.

Ofer (Oliver) was amazing! I called on a Tuesday afternoon, was able to book the appointment for the next day, and had everything taken care of within a matter of a few short hours! Not only was he able to quickly diagnose the washing machine issue, but after needing to pick up a part, he was still able to return within a couple of hours, replace the part, and at a reasonable price. He even gave my father a senior's discount! As a result, I would not hesitate recommending Octopus Royal to anyone in need of an appliance repair, and would definitely use them again if required. Thank you so much Ofer!!!

Ofer (“I’ll make you an offer you can’t refuse”) is a smart and energetic technician. He looked at my fridge and immediately diagnosed the problem. He told me what it would cost, I said yes, and he set to work. A lovely, funny man. I’ll call him whenever I have a problem.

Ofer (the technician) is very knowledgeable and came the very next day after I reported the problem with my fridge. Within an hour he had the problem fixed. I would highly recommend him for your appliance repair issues!

Offer provided spectacular Customer Service! Straight shooting very honest man. I am a handy guy so told me what to do and it solved my issue. So good to deal with an honest genuine person who still answers his phone. Complete pleasure. I look forward to working with him in the future.... there are not enough of these guys out there!

Sent him a message after hours not thinking I would get a response until the next day but he got back to me within the hour and was at my place by 8 am next morning to assess my fridge/freezer. Oliver was very nice and professional. Will use again
