My front teeth had been growing shorter for many years. Then the teeth beside them started to chip away to the point where people thought I was missing teeth. Dr Neate expertly fixed my front teeth. I have my smile back and I couldn't be happier! I can't say enough about the exceptional work performed at Neate Family Dental.

Dr. Neate is the best dentist in the Universe! He made my appointment an easy and fun experience. He is a solid human being with a big heart where clearly his values are for the people. All of his team are great too. The assistant was so kind and supportive to me and the front desk team are extremely organized and attentive.You don’t find this kind of service and care often. I highly recommend you see Dr. Neate and his team if you can.

I was so relieved when Dr. Neate's office returned my phone call last week, about a pretty bad cavity that I was dealing with. The front desk staff as well as Dr Neate himself were so accommodating and got me in to assess the damage the next day! I'm a new patient(referred by family), so for them to accept me during this time was amazing! I'm very thankful for them as once assessed I was booked for just yesterday, I received a root canal that went quite well, Paul and his assistant were so calming and did everything they could to get my mouth feeling better, and it does!!! 10/10 recommend!

I was falling asleep during my root canal!Dr. Neate and his assistants are super kind and friendly. I came to him with incredible pain and needed help fast. I was texting with him directly and he got me into the chair ASAP and it was determined I needed a root canal. I never would have thought I would say this - but I was nearly falling asleep several times during the procedure. There was virtually no pain and they made sure I wasn't in any discomfort. They are seriously awesome.

There are dentists, good dentists and excellent dentists. Then there is Dr. McMillan - an artist at his profession who is satisfied with nothing less than perfection. He takes great care over the smallest concern. No short cuts or half fixes. He's not happy with it until it's perfect. He has my total trust and admiration.

Dr. MacMillan was there for my wife when she had a distressing dental emergency. He worked her through the process, and helped her achieve a very satisfactory outcome. The care was above and beyond what we expected.

Taking on a new dentist makes anyone apprehensive and now, I have recently have done so. I took a chance on the office of Neate Dental and I am very glad I did. I found out very quickly that I made the right decision. On my first visit I was Immediately greeted by front end staff that introduced themselves, made me feel welcome and were genuine. With little red tape and and no delay I met the Dr. Neate to analyse my situation. He was not only punctual, but spent extra time with me to go over my situation in detail. I followed though with a procedure that was properly outlined beforehand. It was executed with the ease by someone with up to date knowledge and honest care. After all was done, I know that this dental office did not care if I was rich or poor. They paid attention to me, and my health.
