One if the most friendly, customer service oriented staff. Kelly was amazing to deal with. Very passionate and enthusiastic. Really enjoyed the transaction. The delivery staff were very very careful and clean and polite and so nice. Delivered my super heavy safe without a scratch. It was a very very difficult installation. The local pizza delivery guy caused more damage to my walls. I am super happy with the product and staff. Thank you so much for everything.

Wow! Amazing selection, Amazing service. They offer a great selection of products, they are knowledgeable and they stand behind their products. The staff has gone over and above to ensure I am satisfied with their services and products. I highly recommend! Working with Kelly and Toronto Safes was a very enjoyable experience, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional safe. We had to keep pushing our delivery date back because of delays in our home reno but Kelly was very patient and understanding and worked with our timelines.The delivery crew was very professional and very careful as to not damage my house during the transportation of the safe to it's final destination. Thank you guys!

Key cutting price too high - charged $18.00 to cut 1 Schlage Commercial/Residential key. Other key cutters charge around 10.00. The people are professional and good customer service.

I needed a copy of a rare key and I tried Walmart, Canadian Tire, Home depot... No one could make a copy of it except this location. Professional people work in there. They charged me $10 plus tax for a key cut but it is totally worth it, otherwise I would have to change the lock.
