The service I experienced today was absolutely wonderful! Diana helped our bride find the perfect dress. She made sure to tuck everything nicely to show how wonderful the dress would be. No need to imagine it fitted" she showed us! Diana had a wonderful personality and was full of joy! She even helped us find my Matron of Honor dress!Raymond was also a pleasure to work with as his ran up and bagged my dress.Highly recommended visiting for your wedding or special occasion dress needs."

I am thankful and happy Renee , alterations manager, who helped me get my dress altered very nicely. She is a friendly and honest person who only knows what’s best. She works at David’s Bridal for 12 years and trust her opinion. I am excited to see the final look on my dress. It will be ready by April 13th. Enough time for my wedding day!!

Had the best customer service experience here. I walked in without an appointment (during my lunch break) and the rep Jocelyn was able to squeeze me in for Mandy to help me out. I was in and out of the store with a brand new bridal dress and heels within 20 minutes. Phenomenal help, will be recommending to all my friends and family

I went here to get my prom dress and they had an amazing sale! My budget was $200 and they had plenty of simple but elegant options to fit that. Raymund was super helpful in helping pick some out and getting sizes for me. I felt super bad for trying out so many dresses just for him to put it back afterwards but he assured me that it was fine and made me feel very comfortable. I got a super pretty dress and a chiffon wrap shawl, both in the same shade of burgundy. Definitely coming back here again!

We had a great experience with Sandra! She was so warm and welcoming, as soon as we came in she helped us find our size and then walked us through the store to help us find all our potential options. She also showed us our clipped versions to show us our best fits and what the dress would look like tailored. All in all it was a great experience and we all walked out with dresses we love. I had an amazing experience with my first wedding dress appointment with Jean. She was very helpful with showing me multiple options within my budget. She was patient with me and professional. All of the staff was great and they made every step of the process feel special even though I am just one of many brides. This store has a great selection that can satisfy any budget! I walked out of the store with a big smile on my face.
