Went today to get a sub for lunch didn’t have the bread I wanted only whole-wheat available, asked for onions, no onion available, asked why she said we will have them tomorrow, asked for sub sauce, and the bottle was empty she disappeared into the back waited for her to return was just about ready to give up and leave and she finally returned. Horrible customer service will never return you lost a customer

Placed a skip order for the steak and avocado rice bowl. Order arrived with less 50% of the bowl filled. Completely pathetic.

Grumpiest server in Barrie. My daughter and I picked up subs for the family...in fairness, they were pretty tasty...but the older indian (ahem) lady never smiled, mumbled every word, and rolled her eyes at my daughter for saying pardon me". My daughter went red with embarrassment

Who tf is that lady with the attitude, this is a personal message to the owner. If you’re reading this all the one star rating is for that rude lady and you know who she is. Get rid of her or at least her attitude or you might hear from the consumer protection Ontario (Consumer Protection Act, 2002, S.O. 2002, c. 30, Sched. A). Please I like this place but you need to work on that lady’s attitude. Extremely poor customer service. Her name starts with ‘M’

Whoever works at 6pm at yonge st this is the worst set of 2 young girls heckling cx. Making fun of cx not giving managers names. Laughing at cx when they ask a question. Wow wont be back. Steve may have been a px but he touched my sub just right.

The attitude... I was polite and received pure attitude. The store is open for 4 more hours and it was as if I was coming in just before they closed. Sounds like the people who work here don't want their job.

I am absolutely disgusted by the girls that were working at 530pm Nov 23 2022. My wife and I went in to order she got a salad and when she asked for the salad to be chopped they said that was discontinued, no problem has that happen just usually have to explain what we mean and they do it, well no this time they say they don't have that chopper anymore and they don't do chopped salads whatsoever. They then starting getting rude when my wife asked another question so she asked for the manager and these two little girls had the audacity to laugh in our face and whisper and say sorry discontinued. MARK MY WORDS I WILL BE CALLING HEAD OFFICE, CORPORATE, AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. THESE DISGUSTING PEOPLE NEED TO LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE. will never return to this location ever again.
