Reliance Holmes Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing

I have been renting a hot water tank from Reliance for 23 years. Monday morning I woke up to discover that there was no hot water. I promptly contacted Reliance at 11:00 a.m. and to my elation, a wonderful service technician arrived at my house by 4:15 p.m. same day. Although he acknowledged that I need a new tank, he temporarily fixed my old tank so that I could have hot water that night and in the morning. He then scheduled an appointment for the next morning, 10:00 a.m. to replace the tank with a brand new one. Next morning, the service team arrived on time at 10:00 a.m. They were, professional, quick and seamlessly installed the new tank without creating a mess or causing any inconvenience. Everything was resolved within 24 hours, and the entire process was smooth, easy, and hassle-free. I am genuinely impressed by the exceptional service I received from Reliance.Shout out to T. Richie, and Randal.

We recently had our old York furnace and AC replaced by Reliance. Sebastian was our sales rep and he was fantastic right from the beginning of the process with our first meeting to when he dropped off the label for the outdoor unit. He was very responsive with my requests for more information on the Carrier unit before deciding what system to go with.The technicians, Greg and Bobby, were very professional and informative during the installation of our Carrier heat pump. Absolutely a great crew to have in your home. Very good experience, I would recommend them for a new install to anyone.

Derek and Moe were fantastic! Polite, clean and super knowledgeable! They even stayed late to finish the job! Highly recommend Reliance! We had a wonderful experience! 5 stars!!!!

Ok I am changing my review. After the first inconvenience I had, they sent someone else to check for repair and it turned out that our ac is dead and needs to be replaced. We bought our new ac/furnace from Reliance and every single person in the process was super helpful. Installation was fast. Very satisfied with the service now.Original review:Our AC stopped working on the hottest day of summer and I scheduled a repair appointment with Reliance. The technician was supposed to come between 4-8pm and I left work early to wait for him/her at home but no one showed up. I called them close to 8pm to ask about my appointment and they said the technician thought my appointment was booked on error and hence he left the area". No one contacted us to let us know that technician will not be coming. Extremely disappointed."

What great service!Our air conditioning recently needed replacing and we dealt with a great team at Reliance Holmes. Tom with sales walked us through all the potential options we had and spoke about pros and cons of replacement units allowing us to make a informed choice. Ben and Ryan with the install team came out and conducted an excellent installation. On installation day Tom followed up with us and the install team providing that extra layer of customer service .Would recommend!!

Chris is an amazing trustworthy technician. I was paying for a water tank rental that was already due for a change with another company and i had no idea until he informed me. Very professional and polite. Changed to reliance due to his work. We dont see this kind of honesty this days. Overall great. 5/5 recommended !

I purchased a heatpump and furnace from reliance and the installation was superb. Dustin and Christian #3585 left the site better than when they started. fixing the existing pipe routing, and brining it all up to code. the finished work looks clean and tidy

We needed a new furnace and contacted Reliance to explore our options. Our service rep was Brittany, she has been such a pleasure to deal with. Patiently explained my 100's of questions regarding our switch to a heat pump. Very responsive to emails no matter if weekdays or the weekend. We just had the new equipment installed and couldn't be more pleased with our choice, and Brittany's expertise guiding us to make the correct decision for our heating and A/C needs. The installers/technicians were also great professional, cleaned up after themselves and did a fantastic job with the install. All in all very happy customer.
