Withheld very important information for 2 months after our contract was signed. Told jobs that we were leaving and paid for an inspection that I can’t get refunded for. She screwed us over. Don’t get involved with her.

Terrible. Hid information from us for 2 months and revealed the deal breaking info after all arrangements were made, payments were made, jobs were given notice of leaving due to relocation, new jobs had been accepted. None of which would have been a problem if she hadn’t hidden deal breaking information until 2 months after signing. She should lose her license. Disgusting.

Karen was the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Extremely knowledgeable of the area, lakes, towns, building rules and bi laws. She was extremely responsive to every question we asked and went above and beyond to get the answers on the difficult ones. She was caring of our situation and her guidance identified typical concerns on waterfront properties that a city resident wouldn't know. I would absolutely work with her again and would recommend her to anyone.
