Amazing customer service! Can't remember the ladies name but she deserves a raise!

I have shopped at this store for as long as I know. After todays, awful experience I will never be back. The sales associates are extremely friendly, but the manager was very disrespectful and truly made me have a terrible experience. I came to return a pair of sandals I bought for my mom on Saturday and because I only had the gift receipt, there was absolutely NOTHING she could do. The staff was even there who rang me thru 2 days before. As a manager she isn’t setting a very good example for her staff, by arguing with me that there is nothing she can do and that I am stuck with the sandals. She even was able to pull up my purchase on the computer but still would not do anything. I don’t wish this experience upon anyone, so be careful when you’re shopping for a gift.

Bought a new pair of Merrell boats here. The salesman that helped me was very good and knew his products, which is important for me.

They didn't have what I was looking for but the service was great and super helpful.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Despite only being in here a handful of times, they remember me each time I go in, and they always ask how my previous purchases were. They genuinely care about getting you the right product, and will work hard to help you in any way possible. I will gladly do all of mine and my families outerwear shopping here, and would not ever hesitate to recommend the store to anybody else.

The manager who was at this Urban Trail store in Regina's Southland Mall last fall was one of the best salespersons I've ever had. I would definitely recommend this store very highly.The Quarks store (same company) in the Southland Mall is in one of the high traffic areas of the Mall and so is very hectic. The Urban Trail store, however, is in a more secluded location (actually not all that easy to find) and makes for a much more relaxed shopping experience. I hope that the same manager is there when I go to purchase my Merrell winter clogs this year!

I don't think it is the manager that was unfriendly. She is the kindest, friendly, nice person you could ever meet. Maybe it was the Assistant Manager she is the one that is not friendly, nice and is very rude. I will only shop there if the manager is working.
