I have always made it to my appointment on time. I have never pulled a no show, today due to weather I gave them over an hour of notice as it is unsafe to get there. They charged me a no show fee with no explanation. The situation has been handled poorly. I will not be re turning.

My massage therapist rolled up 1 minute before the appointment smoking in her car. My husband’s appointment was cancelled by the clinic the evening before without any notification, so he stood outside waiting for his appointment and I had to look in my account to learn about the cancellation. I don’t know how this place is still in business
