Decent service, english speaking people which is great. Only issue I had was when they took the trailer off my car without the 3rd wheel. It hit into my bumper...So that's not exactly IDEAL.

Great U-Haul location to rent a moving truck, plenty of vehicle choices and very decent service provided by staff. Be sure to rent a 12 pack of moving blankets too.

I placed a pick up order for Moving boxes which was scheduled to be picked up after 2 days.I was there on time to pick my order but the order was not ready. So I had to wait for 10-15 minutes, after that I was told that they did not had the extra large boxes which I ordered. Still I didn’t reacted and thought that’s fine. I asked when will you have extra large in stock she said she is not sure as people usually don’t buy extra large. And said she can refund the amount for extra large boxes. So I told her that instead of extra large she can give me 2 large boxes, which she agreed and then she said okay will do that and will refund the difference. But after 5 minutes in system she was not able to do it for some reasons ( not sure what) she called her manager and while she was on phone (speaking French so didn’t know what they were talking about), another girl jumped into the conversation and told us that system is not working you can come back tomorrow for the refund at this time, for me it was really inconvenient as it took me 25 minutes to reach their location and now she is telling me that I have to come back tomorrow for the refund. So, I politely asked that is there any other way you can give me a refund or can you try one more time? and I don’t know what happened to her but she rudely said that Manager told that you can come tomorrow for refund and she was not even talking with the manager, it was the other girl who was on call with manager. So the girl who was talking with manager nicely informed us that you don’t have to come back you can take 2 large boxes instead of 2 extra large boxes and no refund. And I agreed to that because at this stage I was like I don’t want to even bother you guys as it felt like they don’t care. Also, they were barely able to speak English and I didn’t wanted to waste my time. The best solution is to avoid this Uhaul location. They really don’t know how to treat customers and may be unaware of the term customer service. @U-Haul really disappointed.

Taking a truck is easy, but using the self-return option is near impossible, and good luck getting to someone if you have a dispute.

They were so nice and understanding with our situation.and they went for.that extra mile needed to satisfy our needs. They greeted us with a smile

I have rented alot of trucks at this location, for business purposes Diago is wonderful has been working there for many years and has provided us with excellent service.Recently I was proposed to work there and to hand in my resume due to lack of employees and because I was renting trucks alot they offered me to work for them because other workers left to other jobs or completed their education and left working at U-Haul etc...I also liked Dalia, she is a good person she offered great services since the beginning and even offered me to work.Several weeks before I was proposed a job there ...a new employe was hired a younger lady working with her mother that was hired before her daughter.... She began speeding around all the time in the parking lot and beeping at everyone she saw but never said anything and I didn't complain... As she kept on on the parking lot doing circles while beeping the horn at her other employees and costumers passing by, week after week she would yell to her colleagues, and she only served me once I had no problem with her, until she started hitting the glasses of the U-Haul trucks I rented to get my attention and to say hello to my partner not to me... I found it weird because she would smile at him alot and say hello only to him so I ignored .... She would never say hello just my partner (???) and she was making gestures and talking to her other colleagues about her personal life with her x boyfriends ... She would often come into work angry and upset at the other colleagues and they told me that she was having problems in her personal life... I witnessed her harassing her workers and costumers by having inappropriate behaviour. I went to this location after leaving the one In lachine because they took my GPS and didn't return it the manager was kind enough to refunde so I am thankful

Terrible experience. No responsibility. Almost 24 hours waiting on the phone to get a response from scheduling department and no answer!!! Finally my reservation has been cancelled only a night before. All my plans gone!!!!

Truly unimpressed with the phone service here. Was left on hold for 20 minutes after which the employee was as rude as can be! Not recommending this place, nor will I be doing business with them, in future.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had. I have never worked so hard to reach a company to help with an issue and yielded such little results. Hours and hours of being put on hold only to find I was transferred to a branch that was permanently closed. Moving stress is already hard, and Uhaul will do their best to add exponentially to your stress, then call you back to yell at you about late fees caused by emotional stress and time spent contacting YOUR offices and YOUR roadside assistance.

Excellent service and very friendly staff. I used this location different times and was an excellent service always. The storage are clean and well maintained.
