This place is excellent for a fast food restaurant. I have been ordering here for years and the drive through window accuracy is second to none. The chance of them getting the order wrong in any way is very low especially for how busy the location is. It seems any of the MacDonalds in Sarnia could have nobody in the drive through and the chance of them getting your order correct is considerably lower. I expect mistakes at a fast food restaurant drive through which is why this one exceeds my expectations.

Manager threre is HORRIBLE I asked a few times if they hesrd me for my meal that cost me $30 i get home and its all messed up and nkw theyre hanging up and being extremely rude and unprofessional

NEVER EAT HERE THE WORKERS ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. Wasted $30 because the worker was being EXTREMELY unprofessional and when I called back to fix the issue they HUNG UP ON ME and then when I call back I hear them saying to someone else I kept hanging up? I would like my money back since I can’t even eat the food you gave me. It isn’t what I asked for and I asked 3 times and got a rude answer back saying I don’t need to keep asking if it’s plain it’s plain I use to eat here everyday $50+ and this is the service I get. Back talked for trying to make sure my foods how I would like and can eat and then get a rude reply and a hang up. I want to speak to the manager of this store and if it was the manager being disrespectful I wanna talk to your boss. This is completely unacceptable made me never want to come back with how snobby and rude they were and won’t even fix my food they ruined and wasted

Usually when i go i love their service, however this time the lady was very rude, im not sure if she was a manager or what. But the way she spoke to us over a FROSTY was appalling. We ordered a “regular frosty” because i forget which places use regular or medium & her attitude was just disgusting…

A normal Wendy's. Nothing abnormal about it. It has all the food, treats and drinks you can expect.As normal they also have the gluten free chili which is always a treat. Just off of the 402.Quick and friendly service.#localguides

Food poisoning from this location. Manager asked if I was drunk when I ate there and then blamed my food poisoning on the air quality due to the forest fires. I have a colleague that ate here as well and he’s suffering from food poisoning as well. I’d recommend spending your money at a more sanity restaurant.

Went through the drive thru got home no fries... called, went back got my fries. Returned home and saw I had Southwestern dressing for my ceasar salad called again but I was not going back. Staff person agrued that's what I ordered, I gave my order number and she still agrued not sure why....then she said oh I was looking at the wrong order number...really how about a sorry? I said I would email their head office she said good then a click. They really did not seem to care, next time I will spend my 24.00 somewhere else

We always enjoy this location. It's clean and well kept. Staff seem sincerely friendly and reasonable. Food is as good as you'd expect from Wendy's. Recommended.

Terrible Spicy Chicken Sandwich. It was so very old, dry and the thinnest chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Look at what they market the sandwich to be and pictures of what I got. Notice the colour difference. That chicken looks like it sat for the whole day. I had a few bites and threw it out. Terrible!! I saw another review from a month ago about terrible chicken and the owners replied with “this is how we get better”. Clearly nothing has changed.
