Called to book an alignment. Waited one week for my 9:30am apointment. Arrived for apointment and shop was unable to tell me how long it would take, so I waited 1.5hrs. After 1.5hrs I checked in and was told car had not been looked at yet so I went home. Sat at home and waited. Call came in at 1:15pm sorry our alignment rack is broken down and everytime the manufacturer comes to fix it

Great place to take your car for repairs. Bill & his wife Tess do great work. If want someone to do good and honest work this is the place to take your car. They do there best to get you in asap. You don't have worries about being over charged for work that's not needed. They are honest. 5 star plus.

Was in Beamsville when my car started to make a strange noise. The woman who answered the phone was super friendly and said to bring it by so they could take a look ( it was an hour before closing on a Friday) They looked at it, tightened the part that came loose and said they couldn't fix it right now but I would be fine driving back to Hamilton and then I should definitely have it fix. They didn't charge me either ( I tried.) I was so grateful that they saw me right away and gave me peace of mind to get home. Highly recommend this team.

Bill has been very accommodating. He and his team did an amazing job.They were able to walk us through the process of getting our 2009 Toyota Sienna running smoothly again. We will bring all of our vehicles back to Beamsville Garage in the future.

Awesome garage. I got an oil change and was told my back tire was leaking. I had to work in less then 2 hours. With no appointment or prior business, this lovely shop welcomed me and checked it out immediately. Super grateful for the prompt and quick service.

Scam artists tried to get my wife to pay almost a 1000 dollars to fix her exhaust. And supposedly cant tell if the alignment needs to be fixed unless we buy new tires from them. Tell me how that makes sense. SCAMMERS

Beamsville Garage got me in quick to get my snow tires on and were wonderful about managing my unique situation. I appreciated their flexibility and customer service.Update: got my snows off and yet again the service was wonderful. Friendly staff who are willing to help out.

A star is generous…I got ripped off $150 by the owner’s wife. This person has zero service, business and people skills…STAY AWAY from this place.

To elaborate further to a rather rude response perhaps it was under my maiden name but the last time which wasn't the only time my car was serviced there (brakes, rotors) I actually spent well over a $1000, thank you. The only reason I called and asked to stopped by was as a previous customer and on a very cold day when I had my infant in the car and had to drive somewhere quite far in the afternoon I was looking for a friendly place to torque the tires after having the Winter set placed on, a very fast service that I've never encountered an issue having done (and found a lovely place down the road that gladly did it no charge) This winter season was my first time using an alternate source for this service. I was basically laughed at on the phone as if I requested the most ridiculous thing on earth. Was only hoping for our local Beamsville hospitality to shine through for a quick pop by vs booking an appointment for someone who does ACTUALLY use your autoshop since moving back here 2 years ago. The kicker? I was more than willing to pay to have this done but was treated over the phone as if I was just an inconvenience. I am just a hardworking mother of two who needed my tires torqued before heading onto the highway. Thanks for reaching out after the fact with so much kindness and understanding!**never once did I ask for this to be done for FREE, I was merely calling ahead vs showing up unannounced inquire if this could be done in the moment as I was just down the road.
