I recently decided to sell my home, which I have owned for the past 25 years. It was a tough decision as it was my first home I purchased, worked hard at and created a place for myself and my son to live. The home was built in 1922 and during my 25 years, I focused hard on continuing to do upgrades while keeping the charm of an older home. Selling a home was all nee to me, I had heard about this wonderful person who had recently decided to change careers and move into the Real Estate business.
