The worst experience I’ve ever had. Taxi 208’s driver had to have been drunk. Waited about 10 minutes, the driver told me he was down the street and went to the wrong address. After getting into the vehicle, he started speeding and driving recklessly. Kept swerving into different lanes while there was oncoming traffic. Kept leaning against the dashboard, while fiddling with his phone, water bottle and the meter. My mom had to tell him to focus on the road. Probably the scariest taxi I’ve ever been in. Don’t use this taxi.

Fast, reliable and friendly service. But I see a trend of the debit/credit machines not working" which is a major red-flag for me."

When attempting to us their app the gps would not find the actual address while inputting the data, i gave up and called so I could ensure that i would be picked up. This is the only cab company that boosts to cover my area (Fall River) . When I called their call center I was advised that the prices off their app was wrong and I would be charged an additional fee of 35$ otherwise none of their drivers would even take the call. When I asked where I could see this fee as it isn't on their website, or on their app. They advised me that it was a reality fee" . So...today I try Uber drive for the first time

SATELLITE taxi company is top-notch, with their dispatchers and drivers always friendly and ready to assist passengers. I was impressed by their special care for elderly passengers, making the ride comfortable and enjoyable for them. Highly recommended!

Disappointing as they offer coverage for out of normal reach area but with hidden fees. I would have been more likely to use the service if I didn't feel like they were trying to scam me. Their website needs an update and they lack greatly in customer service.

Terrific driver brought me quickly and safely to Dartmouth. Even pulled over to make sure I was assisted in belting up properly.

Do not trust satellite drivers with any flat rates, they demand payment in advance and like to dictate terms of reimbursement, they say no cash returned just more usage with them and then duck your phone calls so they don't have to help you when you need it most. I'm still owed 80.00 for over 6 weeks now and if you call satellite to complain, satellite taxi act very condescending with you and tell you that it's not their concern. satellite claims that it's between you and their driver and not satellite taxi's responsibility. Then satellite taxi refers you to the taxi commission and rudely hang up on you. Very unprofessional and unworthy of HRM business.

The worst service ! Informed that it was an hour wait , 20 minutes later I get a call from the driver for directions and when he arrived I’m given two minutes, I ask for five , he says no and leaves . Phone and complain , they send another driver , 20 minutes he arrives and first thing he asks is where a gas station is . As we go home he is driving 80 in a 60 and is all over the road, both sides of the yellow line . No meter , no visible license and a flat rate of $25 for a 5 minute drive.

Taxi took an hour, did not even arrive on my street when it said it arrived so I don't know where they went. I tried calling back multiple times and they purposely put me on hold for ages and didn't answer because they knew it was me calling.RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. INCOMPETENT.

Driving while talking on the phone, driving down half of Glendale while directly over the centre line. Waited 55 mins for a cab tonight, this is my 3rd terrible experience with them and will never be using satalite taxi ever again.
