Flaming Chocolates
I got the 80% Nicaragua chocolate and it was delicious! I’m a big fan of dark chocolate and this was so rich, yet light and subtly sweet. It doesn’t leave an acidic bitter taste like most commercial dark chocolates do. Great quality chocolate for a great price, plus Mark is so amazingly kind and passionate about his craft.

I had the pleasure of picking up some Flaming Chocolates on a recent visit back to Vancouver. Not only did it mean I got to support a dear old friend and his business and I got to indulge in delicious chocolates! Flaming Chocolates do not disappoint and are absolutely delicious!

Ordered some Choco Nuts and they're delicious! Sweet, tangy, salty and roasted. A much more interesting flavour profile than regular chocolate coated nuts. Highly recommended!

Flaming Chocolates are SO DELICIOUS! I bought a selection of chocolate bars and some seasonal treats for my family as a Christmas gift, and they all LOVED them! Great selection, delicious flavours, and I love how passionate Mark is about his chocolate. You can tell he loves what he does and puts so much care into his products! YUM! :-)
