I enrolled in the MBSR course with Jennifer because of a recommendation from someone else who had thoroughly enjoyed Jen's course years before. I took the course virtually due to Covid restrictions but I feel the online course was great. Jen had a great set up for teaching virtually and everything ran smoothly each week. Jennifer had a wonderful way of making everyone feel comfortable in the course. She provided lots of opportunities for people to share their thoughts but never put anyone on the spot if they didn't want to share. Jennifer is knowledgeable and skilled at teaching and I'd recommend her sessions or courses to anyone looking to bring more mindfulness into their life.

I took the 8 week MBSR course taught by Jennifer Innes. The course was fantastic! Though I already had a solid meditation practice coming into the course, I still found the course quite useful. I feel I learned quite a lot of valuable stuff both from Jennifer's teachings and guidance, as well as from the other students in the class, each of whom brought a unique perspective to the world of mindfulness. I would highly recommend this course to anybody looking for a good introduction to mindfulness and meditation.

It was far from being another intellectual experience - it allowed for engagement with the practice, providing meditation and yoga exercises that were an opportunity to feel" the experience of being mindful. I attended an introductory mindfulness workshop and I would recommend it to anyone. Jennifer was very supportive and insightful. Much of the information she shared was familiar to me, but putting it together the way she did and having us practice mindfulness meditation was powerful.
