I've been going here for years but the food is not the same and way overpriced. I don't mind paying premium for quality ingredients. The food is okay. When I order my salad, there is barely any lettuce and the chicken is so so dry. It never used to be like this.Hope they can put more effort into their food quality especially paying over $20 for a salad with chicken.

As someone who comes here frequently and has enjoyed the service and coffee/food that this place has to offer, I was taken by surprise when I dropped by today to get my usual and was served by the owner who had an incredibly rude attitude. It was unnecessary and uncalled for. I know he's the owner because I asked. I order the exact same thing every time and had no issues. Employees who work there are all great! The owner, however should seriously just stay home because he's the one who's putting up a bad image for his own business. I love this place and after today, I'm feeling a bit uncomfortable going back. Message to the owner, what's your problem? It's very obvious that you hate what you do. I hope you do some reflection and an attitude adjustment for the sake of your business' success.

I love Aroma. It's inviting, clean, and the energy inside is calm. The staff is lovely. The music was beautiful, a mix of instrumental Middle Eastern. The latte was served in a beautiful huge cup. This is my new go to coffee shop. Excellent place

Good overall experience at this location! Excellent customer service. The model and design of this location is cozy and sweet. It feels like home here haha. It’s very clean here. They have a variety of staff working at this location. You can see and feel the diversity here and it’s welcoming.

This place is supposed to be quick & easy. You shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes for a sandwich. The staff here focuses on preparing Uber eats" orders first

Good coffee. But presentation was lacking. Make it fun decorating. The place inside the mall is beautiful and very inviting. Staff are good. Here’s a kind advise by a coffee enthusiast- Take the time to be a ‘coffee artist ‘. Your store is inviting and has amazing vibes - feeling like wants to hang out in here. Price is not as good as the art of coffee. Still like the brand tho. I’m visiting from Calgary and this was the best drink so far today at 1.20pm. Keep it up and love watching local businesses thrive. I had a cappuccino with oat milk and honey. They have good lunch menu it seems. Cheers to Aroma coffee.

This is the best aroma that I have ever been to hands-down! The owner, Hamid, is wonderful, kind, and so sweet. He gave all the best suggestions for food. I highly recommend seeing goat cheese croissant with turkey, bacon, and egg whites, the vanilla latte was also made to perfection. Keep up the great work.

I love the aroma chain, but this location needs major service improvementsLunch rush and they had only one person on cash, shouldn’t take 10 minutes to orderI then waited 25 minutes for a salad that was prepared with the least amount of care possibleThe ingredients were all fresh, but 2 slivers of avocado and a half a cup of chick peas for a $15 salad?The staff were friendly and apologetic, but it doesn’t fix the issueHopefully they are able to rectify this issue and everyone in there today was experiencing the same issue
