Mr. Lube + Tires

I recently visited Mr. Lube 2520 Britannia Rd W on 2023-06-19 for a routine oil change, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Initially, I had a positive impression and even left a 5-star review. However, shortly after leaving the premises, I noticed a peculiar noise emanating from the bottom of my car. It turned out that the technicians had improperly reassembled a crucial component, causing it to scrape against the ground.I promptly contacted Mr. Lube to notify them of the issue and request some form of compensation or discount. To my dismay, I found myself dealing with more than five different representatives on rotation, each taking turns addressing their own concerns with my vehicle.Unfortunately, instead of offering a satisfactory resolution, I was subjected to a rather unprofessional and, frankly, unwarranted discussion regarding the legality of my vehicle and my tire tread. As a female customer, I recognized this as an attempt at interrogation rather than a genuine effort to address the problem at hand.Such unprofessional behavior and the lack of accountability displayed by the representatives I encountered were deeply disappointing. As a customer seeking reliable and efficient service, I expected better from Mr. Lube. This incident has left me questioning the overall professionalism and attention to detail exhibited by this particular branch.I hope that Mr. Lube 2520 Britannia Rd W takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more positive experience for their customers. It is essential to prioritize professionalism, customer satisfaction, and gender equality in all interactions, fostering an environment of trust and reliability.Overall, my encounter at Mr. Lube 2520 Britannia Rd W was marred by an inadequate repair, unprofessional conduct, and a lack of cohesive customer service. I regret to say that I cannot recommend this establishment based on my personal experience.

A wonderful experience! During the busiest time of year they helped me out last minute to fix a tire leak. They worked professionally and efficiently. The whole team was very helpful and kind.Thank you so much Chad and great work!Big thanks also to George, Mansoor and Micheal.

Quick, efficient & FANTASTIC service!While waiting in line for an oil change, I was offered coffee, hot chocolate or water while I waited. Once I entered the bay, the crew that worked on my van were professional, friendly and provided quick and excellent customer service! They even checked my car battery while they performed other checks, cleaned my windshield and rear windows and put air in my tires as well. I want to give a huge shoutout to the staff that worked on my van! They did such a GREAT job and I really appreciate the hard work you they did! I’m very happy with the service at this Mr. Lube location and I’ll definitely come back for my next oil change.

VIP Treatment!!I was here for seasonal tire exchange and I must say was totally surprised by the outstanding service I received. There wasn't any wait and was immediately serviced by Audrey, who was very efficient and professional in her communication all through out, which made all the difference. While waiting in the car I was offered a coffee and the entire service didnt take more than 45mins. Though I love Costco, I dont see why I would go there for the tire exchange where its not easy to get an appointment also takes over 2hrs for the entire process.PS: I was so impressed with service that I started typing this review while waiting in the car :)

Great service from Audrey shes really nice and explained everything in detail and was very thorough. Also did my battery changed over there, the Manager OB, hes really friendly and did the amazing job. great experience will come back next time!

As a regular customer at this location I am always pleased with the level of service. Shout out today to two young techs who worked cheerfully in the rain to get the work done because all the bays were full. Thank you Julian and Manny!

Fantastic service. Been going to this location for years and they have always ensured both strong customer service as well as complete transparency. In particular, O'Brian, Kamal, and George are great staff who are strong advocates for their customers. Great work!

Great service. Had my winter tires changed to all season and they were off rim. No appointment needed and I was served immediately. The gentleman who changed the tires were also very helpful and nice. Overall a very good experience

Waited 1.5 hours when next in line. Female agent was very nice and explained steps. She kept on telling them to raise my car for the tire change but was ignored. They ended up doing the oil change and then moved me outside for the tire change. Its 7pm and 10C, to cold for me to be outside. Was there a total of 2.5 hours, should have just changed my tires at home.If they would have just listened to my attendant and not disregard her communication the experience would have been lot different. Definitely felt like I wasn't a priority, maybe because I'm female. I wont be back.

Professional and kind experience. Michael helped me and was informative on what options I have available to me. I was offered coffee and water twice during my visit and also had the chance to apparently laugh with Santa there. I had a great experience today at this location.
