I got an oil change here today for my 2022 rogue. Second oil change since owning the vehicle.I appreciate the text updates that send you the inspection video. It was a bit unprofessional in the video as the guy just runs around my car not really showing me that he’s doing the inspection. I then get asked to exchange my brake fluid and cabin filter. I hate when shops ask this every time you go in for just an oil change. It’s a brand new car there’s no way I needed my brake fluid exchanged or a 4 wheel brake service. (Pretty sure they just rotate your wheels for this)Got into my car, everything was moved. Also did not appreciate the workers saving sport stations on my Sirus XM radio. And the free car wash is a joke as I washed my car one day prior and the water marks are the exact same. Just a gimmick to make you feel special.Point is, being pushy on other services when you’re just asking for an oil change is annoying.The check in process is timely as well.Will continue going to Midas after this.

While searching online for a vehicle I came across one listed at this location. After calling in to speak to someone about it I was transferred to Gabriel who was awesome. His patience at the amount of calls i made to him, even when he was off, he always answered, his kindness, his professionalism was fantastic. We also dealt with Aneet who was our financial guru as I call him. Again super patient, super kind and extremely professional. He never made me feel stupid for asking question and never got frustrated at the amount of questions or calls. Please go to this location and deal with Gabriel and Aneet, you’ll have the best experience!!

Had a pleasant experience at the Woodbridge Nissan. The team provided close follow up on the service progress and even gave us a complimentary car wash. Looks like they really took the time to inspect the car unlike other service centers. Happy and will return!

I purchased a Rogue back in mid April and recently had it serviced for regular needs. The sales team, Wesley in particular, were fantastic at every step from browsing to purchase to pickup. They are very fair with their prices and don’t hide behind a financing fee like other dealers. They also took their time to listen to my needs and answer any questions that I had. They were also very kind to address any minor issues that I had with my vehicle’s aesthetics (as it was preowned) prior to pickup and they even threw in kickplates/winter mats for free.The service team was quick, thorough, and easy to work with. I feel valued as a customer at Alta and would highly recommend checking out this dealership to my friends.

Horrible Experience. Terrible communication. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs, their service department does not even know how to balance tires and overfill your engine oil. I saw a service advisor rip off an older lady telling her she needed a bunch of fluids to be changed cus they were 2 years old too. They are just chasing for money.

We had such a positive experience purchasing our 2017 Nissan Rogue from Patrik. He was extremely helpful when I had to make sure that it could accommodate our rear facing car seat and my height (fyi for tall people with kids, this car is SO spacious). He was always a phone call or text away to answer any and all the questions we had. Overall a great experience and I would definitely come back to this dealership when it's time to upgrade again!

Very frustrating experience with one of the Sales & Leasing Consultants. My partner and I were aware of delays in car deliveries, but this is not a reasonable excuse for the complete lack of attention and communication for over 4 months after we placed the order, leaving us entirely in the dark about the car situation. When we closed the deal, the consultant told us the car should arrive in about 2 months, and during or after that time, there was no transparency or concern about the client's situation.We are just giving the second star for the fast response of a Sales Manager, Ahad, who provided our refund request as soon as we can withdraw our order, and we want to be fair with his efficient work. Unfortunately, this is not a rule for the rest of the team.
