Had a wonderful dining experience for my family of four this past Sunday!We ordered the chicken spring rolls and half chicken dinners. The sides that accompanied the meal tasted great, baked potatoes, fries, and coleslaw. Finished the meal off with the donut funnel cake, which was to die for!Our waitress, Sophia, was great. She was so friendly and helpful throughout the entire time. Sophia went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with our food!We would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a satisfying meal with great service.

Been a fan of Swiss Chalet for ever but tonight's meal was awful.Ordered delivery and all food came Luke warm or cold. The 2 wrap meals were falling apart and the wraps barely had filling in them. Their were bites of bare wrap bread.The fries were soggy and cold including the sweet potato fries I paid $2.99 extra for.The only compliment I can give was the quick delivery but I'm not sure I'd like to give it because it came with a lack in quality of food.With everything being so expensive now I will not be eating there again as almost $100 on this mostly wasted food is not ideal for me.

Had just passed a course and family decided to take me out to celebrate. Right off the bat, we knew it was going to be bad. Waitress came over and asked if we wanted drinks, my dad's girlfriend ordered a Khalua on ice. Only to be told that they didn't have that alcohol. We told the waitress that they did and even pointed it out to her as we could all see the bottle at the bar from where we were sitting. She then told us that they couldn't do just Khalua and it had to be mixed with something. Still took her forever to find the bottle and her coworker had to point it out to her again. Then came our appetizers. My wife found the dipping sauce for the peirogies a little spicy for her taste and asked for just sour cream...twice. By the time it finally showed up, they were almost at the point of bringing the entrees. When the entrees showed, the wings I ordered as mild, were actually hot sauce instead. I told the waitress they were hot and she said yeah". I told her that I had ordered mild and right there she now said "no

Good:Food tasted good.Large capacity indoor dining space.Customer service was friendly and attentive.Cute fish tank.Not so Good:Parts of the restaurant floors were drab and faded.Food took a long time to come out.Cup had residue in it.Ginger Ale was flat.(Canada Dry is better than Schweppes so maybe they should swtich).

Perfect quiet restaurant for a small family like ours. Our son loves the crackers and the wait staff are so kind to him and give him a stack of crackers. The smile on his face is priceless.

Ordered dinner last night, ribs were cold, chicken was so over cooked it was hard, no fry was over half a centimeter, and the chalet sauce was water. Only edible thing was the bun.

The chicken was a great portion and very good. However the fries weren’t cooked. They were white, mushy and very disappointing. I love the fries and that’s why I ordered here. The dipping sauce was cold. No butter, cutlery or napkins. Got a chicken soup it wasn’t filled to the top. Only two crackers.Seems like you’re trying to cut corners.If so I won’t be a returning customer.Very disappointed.

It's been 5 years since I was last in Swiss Chalet and it will be another 5 before I return.What happened?Where has the flavourful and affordable Swiss Chalet experience gone?$50 for one chicken, and four sides? And then an additional $6 over and above for sweet potato fries? An entire bag of sweet potato fries costs $3 at the grocery store. How is the upgrade" from regular fries worth $6?!Every Swiss Chalet is BC is now gone. Keep up this disappointing experience and they will be all gone in Ontario too."

My brothers and I came here and we had an amazing time. Service was fantastic, food was delicious. The Swissfetti cake was the highlight of our meal!!!

The food was great. The ribs were nice and tender and the food came out quickly. Haven't had Swiss Chalet in quite some time and they did not disappoint. All the food for myself, my wife, and my daughter was hot and fresh. No complaints other than the dated interior which isn't a big deal.
