Be carful when you buy, my credit card was used again without my permission, item was wrong, someone picked up my item and was not me , Ayer calling customers services over 7 time witch is they have no clue what they are doing and they can not help you with nothing , horrible scary experience, please avoid avoid avoid they don’t care about your purchase they only try to hook you with a new phone contract , I didn’t take any pictures cause it’s not even worth to waste my time , the source is the last place I think about after that horrible scary waste of time experience

We tried to return an unopened pair of 300$ headphones as per the instructions on the website. We asked and the employ had no idea how so they got the manager and he had no idea how. He said to just leave the headphones and that eventually we would get the refund on our CC. Obviously we didn't leave them as they couldn't even give us a receipt or a proof we had returned them.Then on Saturday I went to get a Display cable. All the employees where around the same computer and none of them even acknowledged our presence. So I started looking around for what I needed but couldn't find it. The website said that this particular store had some. I went back to where the employees where and one of them just went to the back store without acknowledging any of the customers presence.I just left. I will definitely not go back.This is why Amazon is beating you

Thank you to Sara and Nudi who were able to solve a long-standing issue with an item that another store was not able to refund and refused to assist me with!I had attempted to contact their support over the phone after the other store pretty much waived me away telling me to go to another store for help". Over the phone support pretty much were unable to help me and never called back either.Sara tried her best to assist me and when the system was not cooperating
