The absolute WORST.Standing here 7 months pregnant. After PRE-PAYING $400 for 3 days, they ask for an ADDITIONAL $750. Beyond me paying for full insurance coverage as well.I told the woman at the counter I just rented a month ago without getting ripped off. She tried to gaslight me saying I’ve never rented there before. I pulled up the charges on my TD mobile.So, I call Avis customer service in front of her. They verify that the maximum deposit is $300.The agents at the counter asked for my reservation to be cancelled.DO NOT USE THIS FRANCHISE OR STORE YOUR THINGS HERE.BAD BAD BAD SERVICE. STAY AWAY.

Great service here, especially for last minute bookings. I had to change my booking from a 3 day to a monthly rental and she gave an absolute fantastic deal. Would highly recommend

Rude lazy staff. Very unhelpful and condescending. Their machine wasn’t working and she kept saying you don’t have enough money, so I signed into my banking app and showed her there was thousands on my credit card, she shrugged and said “it’s your problem not mine” and waved another customer over.

We use Budget all the time at my work and Daisy always goes above and beyond for us. She's fast, efficient, helpful, and always does her absolute best to get us what we need, which makes my job so much easier. I really appreciate the customer service we get here.

Wish I could give this place no stars. I have never in my life dealt with someone so rude. And have never paid a 750$ deposit for a car rental that cost me 130$.When I called to cancel & get a refund the lady on the phone laughed when I told her that the lady at the desk was extremely rude to me.STAY AWAY

Stay away. There is something not right with this location. The front desk person, Daisy will charge you for “damage” or “rock chips” that already existed on the vehicle. If you rent here TAKE PICTURES before you rent the car because 100% they will try to overcharge you.I have reported this branch to Budget Auto and highly suggest you and anyone affected by Daisy do too. Report this woman to the head office and request they audit this location because something shady is going on.

The budget employee, Daisy, was wonderful. I was having a problem with the pin number related to my Visa card. Daisy knew exactly how the conversation with my bank would go when I called them and offered to stay after her shift and business hours ended to allow my wife to travel from our house and switch the rental agreement to her name and her credit card. Thank you for your patience and understanding Daisy! Don't rent your car from the airport, use the Roper Road location and Daisy will have-your-back.
