The job included replacing fender and minor dent fixing. Based on that paint for front door and hood was needed. The job was done perfectly fine.But I had issue with the rental car which they gave. Initially they told that repair would be done in 9 days so my private insurance approved the rental car use for 9 days. Later in prime collision took 12 days and the rental car was charged to me for those 3 extra days. Ideally it should have been taken care by prime collision as delay was at their end.Icing on the top was they never called me to inform about delay. It was me only who had to follow up with them multiple times.

Brought my Tacoma in after a hit and run....After dropping my 'Taco' off, three days later, it was ready all shiny and new! So impressed with the friendly service!! They even cleaned my truck inside and out..(the inside was so dirty)Hope I never have a need of a body shop again, but if I did, I'd sure know where to go!Thanks Prime Collision!!

You most likely wont be aware due to insurance but these guys are scamming thieves.Julian Lied! Over charged me nearly $200!Avoid this place like the plaque.2 Staffers said the part was included, when it came time to pay, Bart said, “It’s not in the notes, and Julian is out on his boat, and can’t be reached” Prime Collision ripped me off.ScammersGet it in writing, do NOT trust these liars, and scammers, in this rat infested area of Surrey.More lies in the replyHow hard is it to pick up the phone and contact a customer??I sent an inquiry. These guys really took good care of me after I had two accidents within a week of each other! I drove there with no appointment and had a quick assessment and then got the date to bring in my car (2 weeks wait time in mid summer). This was actually convenient because my neighbor backed into my door and I was able to get both handled. I drove a cushy rental car, through Hertz, while my baby was in the shop and was beyond delighted by the excellent work they did! They detailed and polished her inside and out, to top it off! It was like getting into a new car!10 STARS! WILL RECOMMENDED TO A FRIEND!

Friendly service, upfront, no bs or sales tactics. Only down side was it took 6-7 weeks cause they found a bent rear axle and had to wait for parts and that I had to call to find out what was happening (after waiting 4 weeks and no news) instead of being kept up to date. But they pick up their phones right away so it wasn't really a hassle. Nice guys, the result looked great.

Timely repairs and good communication. I changed the date for car drop off but they were very accompdating. I also loved how they cleaned the car before I came to pick it up.I didn’t have any issues with Prime Collision but I didn’t appreciate how I had to accompany the rental car employee to their office (that was a 10-15min drive from Prime) to sign papers and pick up the car. They said it was because of short staffing, but a heads up would’ve been nice.

I highly recommend Prime Collision. They did a thorough job in estimating the damage to my vehicle and in a timely manner. When it was deemed a total loss, and I showed up to take the rest of my personal contents out of the car, they had already gathered them in a box for me. Julian gave an honest and accurate estimate. He is very friendly and personable. So happy with their service!

I have used Prime Collision twice now and the service is fantastic. Prime takes care of everything, does a superior job, and keeps to their time frame (if not earlier). I was pleasantly surprised in my recent visit as they not only detailed the inside of my vehicle, they removed some sticky material on the passenger door I had been procrastinating to remove myself. My vehicle looked even better than prior to my motor vehicle accident. I highly recommend this establishment.
